Team Chase Generators

Team Chase is an excellent company. They have been servicing my generator for years and I would not trust anyone else. James has excellent in depth knowledge regarding generators and was even able to help a friend of mine with her non-functioning generator. Several companies informed her that there was nothing they could do to fix the generator and that it had to be replaced, James went out to her home and was able to fix her generator with minor repairs and only a couple hours of work. We have called on Team Chase during emergency situations and they always respond right away, which gives me and my family a great sense of comfort. We are in good hands. The office staff is very friendly and knowledgeable as well. It feels great to be part of such a great, family run, company in such a fast paced impersonal world. Thank you Team Chase!

Team chase is very unorganized. Had set up a service appointment and confirmed the appointment. Jay never showed for the first service appointment and I had to follow up. Was given some excuse that the info in their system had conflicting data which led to no one showing up. Okay, we set up another follow which I sat in my house all morning waiting and no show again. I get an email saying we can not service the generator because the shrubs are a safety hazard. Will getting a professional/reliable company to service my generator. God forbid your generator goes out in a storm jay would be the last guy I call!

This generator company installed a new generator at the end of March- we lost power a couple of weeks ago and it did not work- I have been calling, e- mailing, texting the owner of this business, Jay for weeks. HE HAS GIVEN ME NO RESPONSE!

I have been in the large project scale *** construction industry for 48 years and chose Team Chase based on past performance and reputation with people from within the construction arena. I had chosen Jay, the small business owner, because he cares.
He installed and commissioned my home six years ago. Consistent excellence. The install has performed perfectly in bad weather incidents. Recently the day after the 17 June *** Micro Bursts He stopped by the house to ensure all was well and operational. Changed the oil too! See if the big guys do that for-ya. Sleep at night!

Team Chase installed my generator and I paid for a service contract. I recently switched my house systems from electric and propane to natural gas. Jay kept promising he would come to switch the generator and finally his wife emailed me with the name of an individual I should call. Team Chase is very difficult to reach and jay does not return calls.
They gave me no reason why they dropped me.

Team Chase Generators installed a generator - now I have a gas leak - told me they would fix - now will not return my calls. I have called their office spoken to the wife - she said she would fix now she won't answer my calls.. Jay will not pick up his cell phone.

Generator or gas line that was installed is leaking gas. Jay said he would fix and now will not take my calls. He will not stand behind his work.
