Review: Team Chevrolet customer sales knowingly sold a used vehicle with needed repairs which were discovered by [redacted] State Inspection.

Customer Sales promised that the vehicle would pass [redacted] State inspection of which it did not.

The dealership refuse to fix and honor their vehicle under their sales responsibility. The leadership of team Chevrolet used my purchased warranty to fix their known problem. Within the initial week of purchase, the vehicle failed the [redacted] State Inspection.

This is sales contract, without any good ethical business practice on the dealership should be voided.Desired Settlement: Team Chevrolet used my money to fix their unethical used car sales. The proof: They, Team Chevrolet made phone calls to the warranty carrier to 'push' this repair ticket through the system because the sales was less than a business week.

Team Chevrolet should pay for my [redacted] Inspection and pay for The "Silver" warranty service agreement because their negligent business practice.

I bought a lemon here. These people totally screwed me. I would never recommend this dealer to anyone. Joe the owner is crooked and money hungry. Thought if I bought local I would be safe but not.

Review: I purchased a Pontiac G6 in April of 2011 with an extended comprehensive warranty. I am now having trouble with the dealership making repairs. I have had the car to the dealer two times and the last month. They made one repair that didn't fix the problem. I picked the car up I didn't even make it home before it broke down. The second time it was there they didn't do anything to it. They called after a few days of having it and said to come get it they didn't know what was wrong or how to fix it. The car is still not starting at times and shutting off if I am able to get it started. I have also learned that the dealership concealed the information that the car was wrecked prior to me buying it. I was told a local person owned it and decided to trade it when in fact it was a rental car and was bought from an auction. The dealer lied and concealed important information that would have affected my decision when buying the car. Now the car is not working, the dealer won't offer any apologies or even a rental car while mine is in the shop. Every time I contact the shop they can't give me any answers and will only replace what technical support suggest. They don't even know if the problem is fixed when they return it to the owner. This car is unsafe and unreliable. If they can't guarantee their work and the repairs done to the car they need to issue a refund. I have been on the phone numerous hours with the dealer and GM trying to resolve this. I have also spent several hours traveling back and forth to drop my car off and pick it up and the problem is still occurring.Desired Settlement: I want a complete refund for what I paid for the car. The car isn't being repaired, the warranty company won't help the issue, it is unsafe and unreliable. Also the fact that the dealer lied and didn't tell me the car had been previously wrecked when I bought it makes me uneasy about doing any business with them at all. I don't feel I can trust them or their service. All I want is the money rightfully owed to me so I can purchase a safe and dependable car from another dealer.

Ms. [redacted] brought her vehicle in on June 11 (copy of repair order enclosed), repaired vehicle under extended warranty. The vehicle was then towed back in after being picked up. We were unable to duplicate the concern (copy of repair order enclosed).

Ms. [redacted] is welcome to bring her vehicle back to our Service Department at any time for normal maintenance or extended warranty repairs.

Team Chevrolet did not go out of their way or even make a believable attempt to help me solve this problem. They sold me a car and did not disclose all relevant information. The car had previously been wrecked before I purchased it and I was told there were no prior accidents on its records and it was traded by a local couple. Then when I started having trouble with the car starting, they attempted to fix it once. The car had to be towed again the day after I picked it up because it broke down on my way home. The second time it was in their garage they said they couldn't identify the problem and I was to come pick it up. Again, the problem was not solved and I still didn't have a safe or reliable car. I then took it to another dealer who attempted to find the problem but was unable to and I was required to pay the extended warranty deductible again. My car was in the garage three times since June and never got fixed. I purchased the extended warranty but it didn't do me any good. It was a waste of money and did not aid me in repairs like it was supposed to.

Team Chevrolet has failed to return multiple calls and never once did a follow up call to see if there was anything they could do to help me. The only suggestion they had for me was to bring my car to their dealership and trade it in on something else. I had a horrible experience with this company and their customer service left me to deal with this problem on my own. I made the mistake of purchasing a vehicle from this company once and would never do it again.

After almost two months of not having a safe and reliable vehicle and the problem continuing to get worse with the car not starting and then starting shutting off, I decided to visit other dealers and shop for a new car. I was unable to get much on a trade in because the car was not working properly and was wrecked prior to me buying it from Team Chevrolet (again this was not disclosed to me by Team at the time of purchase). I was very dissatisfied with the way they handled the situation and I will never go to them again for another car nor will I recommend them to anyone.
