Review: This is an AAU Basketball team that charged a 200.00 fee for fall league. Which included coaching,practice time and tournaments. Which it did not produce there was no practice time, coaches and and the tournaments cost extra money. I removed my son from the team 3 weeks before the tournaments that he was not practicing for. I asked for a refund and was told I would receive it I gave a week and called the president who stated that I would receive a refund that Friday. No one called on Friday, I called Monday with no answer. I have not received a refund.Desired Settlement: I would like $ 200.00 refund for the fall league.

My name is [redacted] and I am the President of TCE, I am responding to this complaint via [redacted]. This customer was refunded her money for our Fall season out of courtesy, because there is a contrac t that was signed by [redacted] stating there is no refund once ykur child joined or mare the team. But I did give her the money back because her son has played with me before. I habe never had an complaint about my company. We are a youth organization with no money at all but do a great job helping the kids in Delaware and other surrounding city. Please let me know if there is anything else I need to do.
