On January 14 2020 , I hired team electric us LLC owned by mr *** to do an electrical job repair project for me so I sign a contract with him and he required me to pay down payment of $3000 which I paid with my check which check was cashed already , mr *** told me , that he needs a permit through the city before he do that job , so he submitted a permit but on January 21,2020? he and found out the permit was not approved , the permit agency required some things that has to be done in order to approve the permit but mr *** told me he doesn't qualify to do such things that the permit agency is asking in order to approve the permit and he told me that I need an electrical engineer to do such things that the permit agency is requesting so based on such circumstances, I asked mr *** on feb 2.2020 to refund my money but he refused to refund my money and since then he blocked me from calling him . All my calls to him go straight to his voice mail and he won't answer my text message since then. That is considered a grand theft .

Refund I respectfully ask that mr *** ( Team electric us llc )refunds me my money of $3000 And that he should be banned from doing business With the public because he is dishonest in his business dealings .

His documents prove my point. Mr *** didnot the job as planned , the permit was not approved so he didnot do the job so l asked him to refund me my money $ 3000, why does he not refund my money? l need my refund that I gave him. he is stealing from him and I just need my money back .I paid him by check and he cashed it and has my money but he is a dishonest person.
I believe that you have not understood the process, it is simple and easy to understand, I'm only charging you for my time and investment in the process that was not finished because you canceled the process and broke the contract

I just need my refund back , the permit was never approved and so he could not do the job without the permit being approved so I ask him to refund me my money but he would not refund me my money , am entitled to my money back since the job was not done. All I ask him is to refund my money which he has refused up to now , if he is honest then why does he not refund my money now , in the beginning, I ask him to refund me at list $2000 but even that he refused to refund me that money , he is just wasting my time instead of refunding my money to me and this will be done . It is theft to do such thing
