Review: On 01-20-2015 Team Energy delivered heating oil to my residence. Your delivery person caused an oil spill within my finished basement and oil was sprayed on the exterior siding, by overfilling the oil tank which caused the oil to spray out of the breather valve and on the exterior vinyl siding. This had to be cleaned up by [redacted]. Their invoice in the amount of $1,319.34.Team Companies came back out and put pads around the oil tank to absorb the active oil leak and refused to take some oil out to stop the leak,The entire home had odor and health issues are a concern.

I have attempted to reach you on multiple occasions but you have chosen to ignore my repeated attempts to discuss the damages and the enclosed invoice with you. At this time I request that you issue payment in the amount of [redacted] invoice due to the negligence of your delivery person. a CERTIFIED LETTER RETIRN RECEIPT HAS BEEN ISSUED AND RETURNED ON 4/6/15 AND STILL NO RESPONCE FROM TEAM COMPANIES.Desired Settlement: Check to be written to [redacted] services in the full amount.

Review: Moving into a new home I paid for a years worth of trash pick with this company. I was told my pick up date was Fridays. The first week I had to call them late Friday afternoon, to see why my trash wasnt picked up. I was told it was a mistake & could they come on Monday. I agreed. The second week once again late Friday afternoon, no one came to pick up my trash so I called again. this time I was told it was due to a new driver. The third week once again I had to call late Friday afternoon, I was once again asked if it could wait till Monday. This time I said no. I told them that I did not think when I paid for a year in advance that I would have to call them to get my trash. I informed them that next week I would not call them. Sure enough the 4th week came & no one comes to pick up my trash. So on Monday, I called them yet again. I am told once again it is a new driver issue. I informed them I was filing a complaint with the Revdex.com. This is what I am doing now.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund so I can begin services with another trash company in my area. I request a full refund because had I not called them God only knows if or when they would of ever come for my trash.
