Please accept this correspondence as response to complaint ID ***. ** *** did purchase a mattress on 11/7/He contacted me the next day complaining of back pain and he indicated that he could not wait the required days to use our comfort guarantee policy Comfort
guarantee is a service that we offer at the store levelIt provides a consumer the opportunity to make a different mattress selection if they are unhappy with their original selectionThis type of service is not supported by the manufacturer and is presented to consumers as a one time exchange option The mattress that is returned is a complete loss for the retailer because it can not be sold again and it can not be returned to the manufacturer for credit. When *** *** called stating that he could not bear another night on his original selection, I agreed to process the exchange without waiting the required days and I also waived the $restocking and delivery fees Next, *** *** called again stating that the replacement model that he chose was also unbearable and he inquired about doing another comfort exchangeI explained to him that our comfort exchange policy only allows for one exchange but in an effort to solve his problem I agreed to a second exchange This time *** *** was required to wait the day break in period and was charged the $restocking feeI did waive the delivery fee again. Now, ** *** is asking for a third comfort exchangePlease understand that I have alteady incurred the cost of the two previous mattresses that *** *** has returnedI simply can not afford to incur any additional cost related to his purchase; I beleive that I have gone above and beyond what any reasonable retailer would in order to satisfy a customerAlso, as *** *** stated, I am willing to sell him any mattress that he chooses at my exact wholesale cost. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  
I can't trust this person who easily lie and not being honest with customers. He  was very rude  when I called him and accused me that I returned my purchased items to his store which I never did.I don't trust him and his people to come to my house.  His offer to pay a trip charge to send someone to my house is not acceptable at all.The  delivery people didn't assemble the queen bed correctly when they delivered it to us. As I mentioned in my previous respond, both workers were extremely tired  and behind their schedules due to the load of works. one of them was even angry with the company because they sent a worker with him who has no work experience. So, I don't understand why he wants me to pay a trip charge for something that was not done correctly to begin with. I am very frustrated with him and his behavior.As I mentioned, even the sales person of his company when I informed him about the queen bed issue, he was reluctant to help and told me that he is only a selling person and will not be in charge of the issues!!!!!!!

Hello I am writing in response to Mr [redacted]'s claim. The claim number is [redacted].Mr [redacted] did contact us shortly after making a purchase for a queen and king bed. He indicated the bed was making noise. I schduled Mr [redacted] for service, within one day my team arrived at Mr [redacted]s home. The bed had...

beeen moved to another room in the home by someone other than my team. The bed was indeed installed incorrectly but by someone other than our team. We repaired the bed at no charge. Now in June Mr [redacted] called me again and stated this time the bed started making noise and he "didnt move it so I should come for free." I informed Mr [redacted] his bed has a one yr warranty issued by the manufacturer and it doesnt cover transportation I offered to come fix the bed for 89.99. He became irate and bagan to curse at me , I then hung up on him. My offer is still good if Mr [redacted] pays the service fee I will fix the bed, in additin he can bring the bed to the warehouse for free repair. We go above and beyond here at [redacted]resses For Less. The furniture and [redacted]resses we sell all come with a manufactures warranty for at least one year. In most cases customers would have to take merchandise to the actual manufacturer.
