On January 17th, Kixon and *** *** signed a Design Contract with Euro Design & Contruction to help them with their bathroom remodel for their residence at ***Demo & contruction was scheduled to begin on
May 1st, During that time members of Euro's Design Team did pelimnary budget take-offs for constructionEuro Design measured the existing bathroom and provided CAD "as-built" drawingsEuro provided additional CAD "design" drawingsEuro also met with and assited the client on several occassions to choose tile and finishesKixon intimidated some of our staff to the point that they felt "endangered" both at his home and at Euro's Design office in SausiltoKixon showed up at our office twice unannounced and proceeded to wait for his requests to be answered by someone at our officeAfter his last "visit" on Friday April 10th, Euro felt the *** remodel was not a good fitOn April 14th, Kixon emailed Euro Design and "severed" (his words) our contractWe asked Kixon to drop off all of our design books and samples (we also offered to arrange pick-up) and we would give him a check for the balance ($175.00) of the $deposit on the Design ContractEuro's total of hrswhere billed to the *** contract at rate of $75.oo hrEuro has asked Kixon several times to return our materials-Kixon has notKixon also had stated "We have fired other contracters before signing with you (Euro) to do our bathroom remodel"This complaint and request to the Revdex.com against Euro Design is unjust and has taken several hours to continue to rectify this situation

I do not see where Euro Design's statement provided to the Revdex.com on May has addressed my complaintIn addition, the statement is a fabrication of the eventsHowever, the facts remain, as documented in text and emails from Euro Design, they DID NOT provide the service we paid forFirst, the Project Manager missed three self-imposed deadlines causing us undue personal and work related rescheduling and secondly, the produced design drawings were nothing like we had discussedThe necessary documentation to support my complaint has been provided to Euro Design as well as the Revdex.com
As far as Euro Design's accusations, I have only spoken to three people from Euro Design about this project; the Principal Owner, the Project Manager, and the person who was dropped off at our house by the Project Manager to meet with my wife and begin the "As Is" drawingsShe stated to my wife that she did not know when the Project Manager was going to pick her up, because she could not get a hold himShe had completed the task two hours before my wife and I needed to depart our residence and there was still no word from the Project ManagerWe offered her cold drinks, a ride to BART, and our porch to sit and waitMy wife felt very uncomfortable with leaving her without transportationMy frustration was directed solely towards the Project Manager for leaving his brand new employee at our home without a suitable plan to pick her upI was also concerned that we would be billed for her entire time at our home; the initial reason I requested a detailed invoice (I never got)
As for showing up unannounced to a business open to the public and waiting for someone, is that a problem? I don't think I ever waited for more than a couple of minutes and showed up on only two occasions (March & April) and this was driven by a lack of response from the Project ManagerIn regards to the design books and samples, the Project Manager said he would provide me with an invoice with an hourly breakdown in exchange for the books and samples, to-date I have not receive said invoice
As for the Project Managers statement about meeting on several occasions and firing two other companies; this is inaccurateWe met with the Project Manager only twice, once earto drop off design pictures and on March at a tile store to discuss tileIn regards to the firing of other contractors, this is the first contract we have had for our bathroom remodel, so I'm not sure where that comment comes from
Below is a direct quote from the last email I have received from the Project Manager on May, "As you have stated-Euro has showed "transparency or refusal to present a final bill"-that is simply not trueWillem emailed you on May 6th, saying-"as it (your invoice) is still being processed" because your invoice was not finalised to send from our accounting department.The numbers ($825.00) where tracked and completeIf you continue to defame Euro Design & Construction with the Revdex.cwill also subtract/add any additional monies nessessary to rectify that situation (in- accurate statements) initiated with the Revdex.com Complaint System." The Project Managers statement certainly sounds like a threat, and I think it is important that the Revdex.com is made aware for this type of business practice
I have several times offered a fair middle-ground compromise to this situation, which is in the amount of half of the initial deposit of $To-date Euro Design has not addressed that offer however, in the spirit of fairness and getting on with returning their materials and sample books, I offer it again
