Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: 1)There were no threats made to DerekI did say that people would hear about what he had done by saying "I would blow him and his shady business out of the water", poor choice of words maybe but I followed through with that statement by filling a complaint with the Revdex.com.There were $paid to the "gym" for services never renderedThere were never any prices listed or agreed upon other than by word of moutha sort of "Gentlemen's agreement" if you willHe was giving me and my friends "a deal" he said, charging us all what he said he would normally only charge for personOne of the girls who paid for personal training sessions BY DEREK never even met Derek because he was so often absentShe received a total of sessions 2) There is proof in my messages that Derek agreed he owed me money and told me in a condescending way that if I was "so hard up" he would be sure to "get it to me right away"I've since tried to contact him to times about the issue and have received no responseHe threatened to call the police on me, told me he hired a lawyer and that I should be expecting contact from both law enforcement and his lawyer 3) Since filing my original complaint with Revdex.com its been brought to my attention that the gym has shut down and the equipment has been soldWith knowledge of that I assume the business owner is in no financial situation to be able to repay any of the athletes or sponsors in which case this complaint has become futile and I see no solution Sincerely, [redacted]

Hello Revdex.com...We have tried to work with Ms. [redacted] to come to a resolution. In our 20 years, of business, this is our first Revdex.com complaint and we take it very seriously. We offered to refund Ms. [redacted]'s payment for the re-inspection of $185, as our Inspector, Noel C[redacted] did not indicate that the vent...

was not repaired correctly and missed a few  some light bulbs that were to be replaced. Ms. [redacted] refused our refund offer and insisted that we refund her original payment for her original inspection. We explained to her that we would look into this (the original inspection was conducted on August 13, 2016 and we did not hear of any dis-satisfaction from her until this situation arose with the re-inspection in early October). We have asked her repeatedly to show us areas in our original inspection report that she was dissatisfied with, and she has not. We have attached copied of our email conversations in which we ask for this info to resolve. It is not our policy to refund monies without cause. We will refund any client payment when we are given a chance to review the report, go back to the home to investigate. She has not given us this opportunity. We would like to resolve this and will be happy to review her original report and any issues she has with it for the balance of the refund that she requests. As you can see from the attachments, we have remained professional while Ms. [redacted] has been threatening and condescending. We would like to handle this in a professional manner. Also, this correspondence says that it is our second notice of this complaint. We did not receive the first notice sent to our email, so we apologize in any delayed response. Thank youTim O[redacted], ACI President AZ Property Inspections

Dear Revdex.comSo much of Mr. O [redacted] said was untrue. My agent called Noel while I was standing next to him to bring the broken dishwaher door to his attention as well as a roof that was not repaired correctly and numerous other areas of concenr that were not addressed at the first inspection The response from Noel as he was on speaker phone was "yeah, id dint look at that, Alex.". In addition, I spoke with Mr. O[redacted] who stated that "Noel may have been in a hurry when he inspected the home" and stated in writing he did not inspect the home correctly. Mr. O[redacted] also stated he had not heard of any concerns about the initial inspection however, unless I can see in the future, I woild not have any way of knowing Noel did not look at certain items until I came back to see the mess. I also see Mr. O[redacted] has commented on the one star I gave him on the website which was very rude. I have enjoyed the messages that are in response to his poor inspection. I feel the blatant disregard of Mr. O[redacted] to hold his response to you, the Revdex.com is a fine example of the poor service I received with this company. I believe I was taken advantage of by both Noel (who did not even follow his own inspection) and further by Mr. O[redacted] yelling at me when I called him. Noel was dishonest and signed off that the repairs were made when in fact I have photos that clearly document they were not. I ended up losing more than $4, 000.00 because of the dishonesty of Noel who, I believe could not have come in the home and thought the repairs were made correctly. I have numerous photographs as well as the document from Mr. O[redacted] and Noel that clearly document their dishonesty and failure to follow the contract I had with the company.Because the contract was made void by their neglence, I want my money back. I followed my agreement in full.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
1)There were no threats made to Derek. I did say that people would hear about what he had done by saying "I would blow him and his shady business out of the water", poor choice of words maybe but I followed through with that statement by filling a complaint with the Revdex.com.There were $800 paid to the "gym" for services never rendered. There were never any prices listed or agreed upon other than by word of mouth. a sort of "Gentlemen's agreement" if you will. He was giving me and my friends "a deal" he said, charging us all what he said he would normally only charge for 1 person. One of the girls who paid for personal training sessions BY DEREK never even met Derek because he was so often absent. She received a total of 3 sessions.  2) There is proof in my messages that Derek agreed he owed me money and told me in a condescending way that if I was "so hard up" he would be sure to "get it to me right away". I've since tried to contact him 3 to 4 times about the issue and have received no response. He threatened to call the police on me, told me he hired a lawyer and that I should be expecting contact from both law enforcement and his lawyer.
3) Since filing my original complaint with Revdex.com its been brought to my attention that the gym has shut down and the equipment has been sold. With knowledge of that I assume the business owner is in no financial situation to be able to repay any of the athletes or sponsors in which case this complaint has become futile and I see no solution.  Sincerely,[redacted]

1. All checks made out by sponsors where made out directly to the athlete in question for his competition expenses and fees. No monies were EVER given to me.
2. There was 1 athlete that was sponsored. His sponsored paid his monthly fee. The athlete was not charged once the sponsor was...

found.
3. [redacted] was never charged 800$. Her and 3 other friends paid 100$ each for training. My fee was 200$ per person but I only received 100$ per. The coach in question that trained them was not compensated monetarily, but was given free use of the facility for trade. He did this for over a year with no issues.
No money is owed to her. She opted to quit and threatened me numerous times if I didn't " pay" her back.
To recap. All monies for any competition that was paid by sponsors was paid dorectlyto the athlete that competed. No monies ever went to me or thru me.
