Team Factory Direct told me it was overlooked by a certified mechanic, and showed me no paper trail and if it was overlooked why did they have to reimburse me the $220.12? Plus I had to pay $36 for the exhaust to be welded back together. I have all my bills from the shops that my truck was in. Thank you. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

Review: Purchased an automobile from dealer my complaint to them at the time was the TPMS light was on (tire pressure monitor system) was told that is normal and is suppose to be on. Not knowing if it true or not. After purchasing vehicle and proceeded home and calling an authorized Kia dealer ( L[redacted]) and told them the situation that the TPMS light was on and is that normal? Their response was NO and that the system has a problem with a tire monitor within the system and was told it could be somewhat expensive to repair. If the dealer (Team Factory Direct) would have checked out my complaint at the time and not just tell me its normal. I feel that an authorized dealer should repair and the seller reimburse me for the repair from the Kia dealer..Desired Settlement: Be able to have repair done at an authorized dealer and submit repair statement to Team Factory direct.
