Review: We ordered an item from this company and paid for two day shipping on May 9 2014. the item has never been received. We are unable to track the shipment with the given tracking number. The refuse to answer the phone calls or return calls even when you leave a message. We were charged $55.43 and received nothing.

Review: I purchased a Houston Texans trailer hitch cover on February 9, 2013 and it was to be sent to my cousin in Katy, TX. On Feb 11, 2013, Cliff Bell, Customer Service Rep. Team Fan Warehouse, contacted me via email stating that "The style of the Texans Trailer Hitch cover has changed and the website picture has not been updated. Here is the Texans Trailer Hitch cover we are currently shipping: Is this acceptable, or would you prefer to cancel the order?". A picture of the alternate trailer hitch cover was provided within the email. I responded to Mr. Bell via email stating that I would accept the alternate style of hitch cover and was fully expecting the order to be processed. We were still billed for the order and the product was never delivered.

Review: I mistakenly ordered two of the same product and can not get in touch other than email to rectify the issue.Desired Settlement: Remove the one item from the bill.

Review: On January 20, 2014, I placed an on-line order with Team Fan Warehouse for a Seattle Seahawks Windsock. When I placed the order, it said that the product was in stock. I received an email that same afternoon from Team Fan Warehoue confirming receipt of my order and my request to have to have it shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air. A few days passed and I did not receive any confirmation that my order had been shipped, so I began emailing them asking when that would happen. No response. I then tried phoning them, left several messages, and again, no response. After a couple of weeks trying to make contact, I gave up. I had hoped to have the Windsock in time for the Super Bowl game on February 2. That date came & passed (Yay Hawks!), and stlll no word from Team Fan Warehouse. My concern then was my credit card number. I have since received my bill for that cycle and to date, no charge has been processed.Desired Settlement: I would just like to know why they confirmed my order but never processed it and why they never responded to my inquiries. I would also like confirmation that my credit card will not be charged for a product I never received.

Review: On May 20,2014 I ordered [redacted] (Mud Flaps) Order # [redacted] Billed to my Credit Card amount $43.66. On may 20th @ 11:24 am I received an e-mail confirming my order and the address it was shipped to

As of today June 23,2014 I have not received my product. I have sent several e-mails to customer service with no responds. I have call numerous times leaving a message and then getting a message that the mailbox is full, I even sent a letter with copy of my invoice with all the information on it about my order.

all I want is my product , if that is not possible refund my credit card

I placed an order on 09/01/2014 for a set of 4 NY Yankees dinner plates. My 22 year old niece is graduating from medical assisting school and she has worked incredibly hard to get where she is, her apartment is new york yankees themed and we were having trouble finding things for her kitchen. I needed this order by 09/17/2014, when I placed the order it never said it was out of stock and I assumed I would have it in time. I have made several attempts to reach the company by phone, e-mail and chat...to no avail. I'm so angry I could just spit. I ordered other items from amazon and received exactly what I ordered promptly, but now because this company is incompetent and clearly a rip-off I won't have the one thing she really needed. I don't even have an option to cancel this order! What kind of business are you running here?!

Review: I ORDERED TWO SETS OF GLASSES (2 IN EACH SET). WHEN I RECEIVED THE ORDER, ONE SET WAS FINE. ONE SET HAD ONE OF THE TWO GLASSES BROKEN. I HAVE CALLED AT LEAST 2 DOZEN TIMES SINCE DECEMBER 17TH ON SEVERAL DIFFERENCE LINES. I ALSO EMAILED THEM. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY RETURN PHONE CALLS OR EMAILS.Desired Settlement: I WOULD LIKE A REPLACEMENT GLASS. IF NOT, A REFUND.

Review: On January 22, 2014 I ordered a Seattle Seahawks 57" Windsock. I have left 2 voicemails and have emailed customer service but have not had a response. I have asked that they cancel my order.While my credit card has not been charged for this item, I'm concerned that this company or individuals have my credit card information.I find it alarming that they are not available to speak to on-line (their chat on-line always says offline). I find it alarming that this company does not return phone calls or emails.Can you help me?This company has the Revdex.com Reliability Program Icon on their website. It looks as though this company is no longer in business. If this is the case then how does one get the screen disabled that allows you to enter your credit card information?Desired Settlement: I would appreciate knowing that my credit card information is secure. I would like to know what is the status on this business?

Review: Ordered two apron sets in Nov, 2012. Kept checking in November and December about shipment, no response. Apron sets arrived in January, 2013. They were two different sets and one apron was larger . Kept sending emails and several v messages requesting the order be corrected. Received email in February from Mr [redacted] noting the warehouse will send correct aprons via USPS today. No aprons received. To date no responses via emails or phone messages. Apron sets order remains incorrect. Unable to get assistance to correct the order. Since this has been going on since November 2012, with no response or customer assistance, I request a full refund.Desired Settlement: Full refund
