Review: Negotiated a discount rate of $250 to wash and wax and remove oxidation on my RV which is parked in Wilderness Parks, Mennifee , CA.Owner advised that he had to leave early and requested payment up front before job wascomplete and I did pay him and he left two people (supposed to be 4) to complete jobHalf way through the detail the workers advised that oxidation much worse than they thought and they would have to charge me another $250 to complete it properly. I refused to paythe additional fee and they left the job half done.I believe this company owes me a $100.00 refund for incomplete work and the apparent baitand switch that they tried to pull off without forewarning and/or advice about this potentialadded cost ... which no where is detailed in the brochure that they provided me.Desired Settlement: Request a $100.00 refund ... am doubtful that they would do an adequate job to complete the job based on attitude displayed at the scene and subsequent phone calls where I tried to resolve this dispute.
Review: On 10/3/2015, an employee of this company, [redacted], knocked on the door of our 5th wheel (we are staying at Campland on the Bay in Mission Beach) handed me a business card from Flawless Detailing, said he was an employee there, and asked to wash and wax our 5th wheel. He said he would wash and wax our trailer for $240. I specifically asked him if he waxed it by hand as I didn't want him using a polisher. He said he would. In less than an hour, he said he was done. He had not waxed it. He stated the wax was sprayed on. Later we found out that he didn't even have a ladder so he couldn't have waxed it by hand or spray. Because I was unhappy with the service provided, he lowered his price to $200. His helper, who turned out to be his stepbrother, was very apologetic and agreed the job had not been completed. I called [redacted], the CEO of Flawless Detailing, and discussed the issue. I also sent him an email requesting that [redacted] either return and complete the job, or return my money. Neither has been done. I am requesting a refund of our money as the job was not completed as agreed.Desired Settlement: Refund the $200 I paid for washing and waxing.
