We purchased training for our puppy through Team Floppy Ears with *** and his Wife ***. The package we signed up for was the 4 week Puppy Board and Train. I was informed this would include daily training, care for my puppy as one of their own, a leash, prong and E-Collar. At the end of the month, we would have a reintroduction session. After that we were promised a follow up training and access to ask follow up questions for lifetime as needed.

*** runs the Instagram page for Team Floppy Ears and that is were we primarily communicated. He uses his platform to vent, post political agendas on top of business posts. During these trying Covid times he posted some very questionable material. As a medical professional, I responded after having witnessed many posts of this nature. My intent was to inform considering the sensitive nature of his posts and nothing more. *** was not happy with the information I provided. He responded aggressively and unprofessionally. After further research and speaking to some of his past clients, I have discovered it is not uncommon for him to get angry if you question him. Thereafter, he blocked me on any and all of my accounts. I stepped back and decided I would just let my son do the communicating. He then blocked my son once he tried to reach out to him addressing a concern with the prong collar he had given us with our package.

I have tried contacting ***, his wife on her Instagram, email and even texted ***. They have both decided to ignore me and my family despite still being owed services. This is unprofessional and unwarranted.

On behalf of TEAM FLOPPY EARS LLC we understand that this particular individual has a complaint in regards to the service we have provided her.

It comes as a surprise to us as it was made nearly 4 months after the service was completed in full.

We take great pride in making sure all of our clients are well taken care of & we made sure to leave no stoned unturned for this individual as well.

We have never had a problem with any other client we have had before this & we have had hundreds of them in the last year alone.

The service was completed and we will not be issuing back any of the requested money (all $1800) which might we add, was discounted rate to begin with as a favor to them.

The fact that this individual is asking for the ENTIRE amount back, to us, is indicative of the intentions.

We're sorry the individual seems to feel this way, but if they would like their money back, they will have to file a law suit against us, which we are happy to have her do.

We will gladly go to court to defend our position with plenty of proof that the service was fulfilled.

If this is the road that this individual chooses to take, we will also be filing a counter-suit for wrongful filing, slander & defamation of character as we have plenty of proof of that as well.

I am rejecting this response because:
In response to Team Floppy Ears unwarranted and ludicrous reply: We purchased the puppy package with the intent of a final follow up training and access to ask questions as needed moving forward. Team Floppy Ears' claim "to being surprised" of this complaint coming 4 months after our dog completed her board and train is silly considering the lock down of the nation. Also, we got our dog back on February 9, 2020. *** stopped responding to me April 24, 2020 meaning it had only been about 2 months. I was never able to meet with *** for our final session due to Covid-19. I'm not asking for the full amount back. I'm asking to be compensated for the services he has failed to provide as mentioned above. Our final interaction ended in a surprise to myself as he often posts about personal and political agendas on his companies Instagram page. We have had many discussions prior and what I learned in the end is if you don't agree with him then he throws a tantrum and blocks you. This has nothing to do with the service I purchased and he is responsible for providing. There are numerous reviews about this company on Facebook so, it comes as a major surprise that he is claiming that all of their customers have been satisfied. There are reviews blatantly exhibiting his unprofessional nature and the use of highly inappropriate language for a business. This reflects further on the lack of integrity of this company and those who run it. Had I been aware of their facebook reviews at the time of purchase I would most likely not have used them for our dog training needs nor trusted him with our dog. I chose them based on a recommendation from a friend. The fact that he is threatening me with false claims of slandering their company says volumes about Team Floppy Ears. I'm neither worried nor intimidated by these claims. The only interaction had with this company since April 24th on my behalf was on their facebook. My cousin posted a review on the Team Floppy Ears facebook page as I do not have a facebook and there is no other means of reviewing them. It simply stated exactly what I sent to you, the Revdex.com. Nothing more and nothing less. I'm not interested in causing harm to anyone. I just want what I rightfully paid for. I paid a lot of money for this service and trusted in this company. Communicating with *** was certainly not easy at times. I really tried to support them as I am a big supporter of small business. I would hope that they would do the right thing and stop creating a poor reputation for themselves. The more unsatisfied customers you have the more difficult it is to hide what the company really stands for. I am willing to provide proof from others. Respectfully
