Review: I purchased a remote starter at Team Force for $190.79 which they installed on Jan. 2, 2013. I immediately began to have electrical problems with my car; lights dimming when the brake was applied, the car requiring numerous attempts to start and the car not shutting off properly. I took it to a mechanic on March 27, 2013. He told me it was the remote starter. I took it back to Team Force on April 1, 2013 and they told me they could find nothing wrong. I took it back to the mechanic and had to purchase a new ignition switch at a cost of approximately $200.00. I continued to have difficulty starting and shutting off the car and with the dimming lights. When I took it to be inspected in July of 2013, the mechanic could find nothing wrong with my vehicle. On March of 2014, I had to have the battery replaced at a cost of approximately #100.00 because the power in the vehicle was not 100%. In April of 2015, when I took my vehicle to be inspected it would not start and again, I had to purchase an ignition switch at a cost of $170.00. I also had to remove the remote starter permanently from my vehicle and am unable to ever use it again. It was determined by the mechanic that the remote starter fried the previous two ignition switches and had been the fault of all the electrical problems I have had with the vehicle. I've tried contacting Team Force four times. I've left two messages with a person for the manager to call me back and I've left one message on their answering machine. On one attempt, nobody answered the phone. They will not return my phone calls. I feel that they sold me a faulty product that has caused hundreds of dollars of damage to my vehicle. I also could have had an electrical fire due to the faulty wiring of their product directly into my ignition.Desired Settlement: I feel I am entitled to a full refund because I have had to spend hundreds of dollars to repair my vehicle because of their faulty product after I took it back to them and they told me nothing was wrong. I can no longer use the remote starter so I am also out of the purchase price of the remote starter, $190.00. I have the mechanic's testimony that the remote starter is at fault and I have written documentation of the money I've had to spend to repair the vehicle.
