We tried to work with the dealer...tried getting the version through ***t and we didn't get it They then said we can try to get the money from our credit union...when we did that, it raised the payment to double So we asked for the money back on the vehicle and they won't do it Then we tried to get a used vehicle off th

Absolutely amazing service Had to get my clutches on my Fiesta replaced After absolute horrible service at Ford Country in Henderson I looked for another dealership for my warranty work A friend suggested Team Ford and despite it being on the other side of town I took his advice and I'm so happy I did The service department employee, Stephanie, was great She was friendly, knowledgeable, and always kept me informed I expected my car to be in for a while but they got it back to me by 1pm the following day The car runs great! It relieving to know there is somewhere in town I can rely on when I need the help with my car Typically when it's recall or warranty work, I've found dealerships don't make it a priority, never felt like that here Thanks Team Ford! I bought my F-new in April 2014, Greg was my salesmanhe made it a real pleasure to do businessGreg ensured that my kids had food and my wife and I had coffee and drinksThe test drive was comprehensive and though I was looking for a VGreg found an Ecoboost that fit all my other needs and proved to me that it was the better choice, it has beenthe financing portion was quick and easy, and the finance manager was a pleasureI felt like I was truly respectedthe service department is hit or miss, howeverA few time the service rider was kind of rudebut this is not typical of all of the repsthe service is always swift and they have fixed all of my issues fully to my approvalI recommend all of my friends and colleaguesBest dealership experience I have ever had
