I bought a tree from Team Green 5/5/14 and had it delivered. After delivery/installation, I removed the protective cover over the trunk and noticed a big tear in the trunk. I emailed pictures to the Manager. After waiting a week and didn't hear anything back, I called and talked to the manager. I told him that I was okay with the tree as long as it recovered and I wanted an extended warrenty. He said would send someone over with some tree heal to help the tree recover. Over the course of several months I called, emailed, and stopped by the office, but I never got any response from the Manager nor did I receive the tree heal. Eventually I bought my own. This company has terrible customer service I've ever seen.Product_Or_Service: Chokecherry treeOrder_Number: [redacted]Desired SettlementAn apology from owner for such terrible customer service.

In May my husband and I bought a 12 foot Austrian pine tree from team green in [redacted] , the owner of team green told us if team green plants the tree they will guarantee the life of tree for one year. We paid 202.00 for the tree and 202.00 for the planting of tree. When team green came to plant tree at end of May we noticed that the workers dropped the tree a dozen times on ground before they finally dragged it on ground to the area where it was to be planted. That night the wind blew over the tree. If it were planted correctly this would not have happened. We called team green several times for several days in a row until someone finally says they would come out and fix it. 5 days later someone from team green finally came out and simply stuck a huge ugly metal post in our yard and tied the tree to it. They did nothing to stabilize tree in ground. Since that time we have noticed that the tree was slowly dying and now today is fried crispy fire hazard. It is also a huge eye sore in our yard. My husband and myself have called team green several times but they either don't answer phone it a lady says she will tell [redacted] . I spoke to [redacted] finally this week of July 16 . He personally told me they would come and take tree this Friday and leave a refund check under the door mat. Well, the dead tree is still standing and we have no check and after several attempts to call team green no one answers. This is unacceptable. Team green owes us 404.00 dollars for tree and planting. Plus sales tax. We feel this is a very unreliable company and very unprofessional . From start to finish they clearly did not perform the service we hired them to do nor did they provide a healthy tree. We expect a refund check . As far as the tree goes [redacted] told me he knows it is dead because he says he came out and looked at it. He said that but I don't know if he really did. We are not willing to leave this eye sore in our yard, not mention fire hazard, so we will remove it this weekend, and pay fee at dump.Product_Or_Service: Tree and planting if treeDesired Settlement417.84 tree, planting , tax on tree. 150.00 for removal of tree. Total of 567.84.

Team Green refused to do what they said they would do. Would not honor warranty on work.Team Green has been taking care of our sprinklers and yard maintenanceissues since March 2007 when I had asked them to check out my sprinklersystem and replace any needed parts ($428.68). In July 2007 I received aninvoice for $125.29 for more parts. In August 2007 I received anotherinvoice for additional parks for $413.82. In June of 2008 I received aninvoice for $131.48 for more parts. In July another invoice for $76.65. Last year I had inquired to see if there was a better system to water ouryard. [redacted] (owner of Team Green) came out and bid the job and we startedwork. After completion and call backs to get it right we had them blowout the system for the winter. We had paid the bill for same in full andthe Wells Fargo confirmed that Team Green had cashed the check. Duringthis time there had been a few bookkeepers and they had gotten the YardMaintenance monies confused with the new sprinkler invoices and it was amess. [redacted] had refused to start up our new sprinklers put in by hispeople to make sure all was well for the new season. He told me that Ihad owed more and that he was through doing business with me. It finallywas decided that he would start up the sprinklers and then that was it.When I asked why the front 4 bubblers were not working they said thatthere was no electronics to run them. They have been running for yearsprior to his people repairing a broken pipe done my deck builder. Theyhad to dig under my evergreens and they told me that they had found the leakand it was repaired. I received another invoice for 109.44 as theyelected to lay a New Line out to the bubblers (note that they had workedfor several years prior. I am wondering if the following information wasthe cause of no bubbles working in the front??? Please look at the photos attached to see what I found after I took outseveral plants and dug down to see why after the season start we wereflooding in that area. As you can see they plugged one end of the lineand left the other open (a 3/4" water hose). Note the cradle was cut outon both sides and just left in the hole and then covered up. It took acouple weeks for the water to work it's way to the surface. [redacted] of TeamGreen refused to honor his men's work. No warranty here.Area was dug up to find leak that was flowing down the mow strip andfilling up the two control boxes in the grass. Obviously Team Green justclamped the large hose on the right and left the other hoses and saddlethere (notice the buried green sprinkler flag). This leak was not fixed by this vendor even though it clearly is awarranty item. [redacted] assured me that the warranty items wouldstill be taken care of even though we had agreed to not have any new workdone in my yard. Team Green never came back...Desired SettlementNon requested - just to alert potential future customers.Business Response We have provided [redacted] with services for several years. I have made numerous trip to his property to adjust a head or set controller, all at no charge. We did do some repairs and believe the contractor who was doing a deck damaged some of our system. I did tell [redacted] I wouldn't do any more work for him, I couldn't afford to keep doing so. We have not done any work since 4/15/2013. Not sure why, after over 2 years, it is necessary to file a complaint. The last entry in our system I have is a discount of -218.40. Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)I accept this response - even though my point was not addressed at all. You should be able to see that there was no response to the poor workmanship I had complained about. I would think that users of this vendor should see my concerns based on the photo of the buried work. The reason for the complaint.
