They are also operating under the name CARDINAL LAWN CARE and have been for some time I only know that because the same phone number listed here (###-###-####) is what shows up on my caller ID I had trouble with this company about years ago Back then, I agreed to service but had to cancel after the 2nd application because it was obvious that nothing had been applied to my yard I still had the same crab grass They weren't even turning brown!!! When I called to cancel and tell them why, he wanted to reassure me that they had received numerous complaints against the person that did my yard and that he was no longer with the company He asked for a second chance and I told him no and to cancel the service Lo and behold, someone came out week later and applied a treatment I was LIVID!!! The owner contacted me again this year, about month ago, begging for my business Again, I told him no because of the previous bad experience Today, I received an automated message saying someone would come to my house tomorrow to apply a pre-emergent Of course, when I called back, I didn't get an answer or any recording for me to leave a voice mail message People, steer clear of this company!

On 4/28/Our manager contacted Mr [redacted] about the complaintHe apologized for the problems that occurred and ensured that all services are in fact canceled outMr [redacted] stated that he needed an email sent showing his balance was credited and had a zero balanceOur manager sent Mr [redacted] the email containing his requested itemsFurthermore, our manager included in the email that we would fix the issue free of charge or refund him for the seed if any damage would occurWe believe the matter has been resolved to the customer's satisfaction

Our manager tried to reach Mr*** on 5-4-2015, 5-8-& 5-9-to apologize for the
problems and ensure that all services are in fact canceled outUnfortunately, we were not able to reach himAlso, our manager placed his account on our do not contact list, removed all information out of our data base and credited all services provided for the customerOn 5-9-our manager mailed out a statement showing all service charges were credited and that the customer has a zero balanceWe believe the matter has been resolved to his satisfaction

Our office manager tried to reach out to Mr *** *** multiple times since the complaint was filed We were unable to contact this customerHowever, in good faith our office manager has sent him a refund of the disputed amountWe believe this matter has been resolved
