I have lived in a building they manage for years nowThey do a horrible job of managing, resolving issues, providing basic information, providing sensible solutions, etcThe only positive is that most of the time, they respond to emails in a few hoursBesides that they are rude and snappy for things that are clearly THEIR RESPONSIBILITYThey are uneducated on city codes and processes, and they are behind about years in any processes for a condo buildingIt is nothing short of embarrassing that they manage this building
