Thank you for writing regarding your refundWe apologize for the confusion on this matterAs you
mentioned, your refund was processed after your cancelation date, which is why the refund amount you were told at the time of your cancelation
differed from what ultimately transpired.
Because you owed a total of $for one pi(after your cancelation) and previously unbilled extra charges (per City of Fort Collins ordinances), we took that allotment out of the $deposit you paid when starting serviceWe disregarded the additional $owed.

How can this case be closed?? We claim that the charges on our last bill from RAM were fraudulent and unsupported Where else does any business get to charge someone without verification of cause? Where is the documentation from RAM that any of the charges are justified? Do they have dated photos?
What will it take for someone at Revdex.com to check into this? If there’s no effort from Revdex.com, then perhaps our next step is to write to the Colorado State’s Attorney General and ask them to consider this a case of fraud that they need to investigate

I am rejecting this response because:
Our claim is that we were charged inappropriately – that is, the
containers were not overly full but RAM just added on charges to get more
money.  Where is the documentation, such as a photo, that there was
overflow?  We must now photograph our container each time it is put out to
protect ourselves against improper charges.
We are also shocked by the rude and condescending customer service
we received when we called to discuss this matter.  We would like to express
that to the company President, but we can’t seem to get any contact information
for him, nor did he contact us when we asked for that to happen.  Lest you
think this is an isolated case, we checked on-line reviews of RAM and found
many comments from others about rude customer service.  You can read for

can probably understand, the transition from July to August in a college town brings with it an exorbitant amount of move-ins and move-outs, and it is annually one of our busiest times of the year. With that, it can be extremely difficult tti remove and deliver all of the respective containers on specific days. We are sorry that, In your case, we wore not able to get your containers removed on the date you specified, but we did make special arrangements to try and retrieve the containers on consecutive days the next time our truck was in the area. ;Unfortunately, by that time, you had moved out and the containers were locked inside the premiSes — meaning that we still have not been able to retrieve them (which is not your fault). For the reasons listed above, we'd like for you to call our office and ask for a supervisor so that we can get your former landlord's contact information in order to once again arrange a date to retrieve the containers. Giving a credit sounds nice, but it is buy-off that does nothing
to address the original complaint.
The flaw in the business operation is that charges are
issued with no proof of validity.  RAM
does not, as far as I know, offer any proof that the charges are valid.  An example of at least an attempt to show
that a charge is valid would be to photograph the container and send that photo
to the customer with the bill.
If you send me a bill with charges I dispute, I will decline
to pay the charge unless some validation of the charge accompanies the
invoice.  Otherwise, my claim is that the
charge is fabricated.  I will have photos
of our container, taken each time it is put out so that I have validation. 
I don’t want a buy-off, or hush money.  I want RAM to validate any extra charges on an
invoice.
The base charge of the invoice is validated by the garbage
being removed from the container, which hasn’t always happened.  We have on occasion found trash still in the
bottom of the container, which validates failure of RAM to provide the base
service.  The next time that happens, we
will take photo of the inside of the container and send it to RAM as evidence
that the pickup was not complete.
We could have discussed this with RAM customer service, but
the people we talked with were rude and uncommunicative, and would not provide
an e-mail address to a Responsible Person at RAM.

I am rejecting this response because:Ram waste chose to dismiss my requests to pick up trash on our given day, several times in the year 2014. I called at least three times. The last time your Ram employee called me, she stated  the truck was at our address on a Tuesday, since they forgot to pick up the previous Monday.
When I cancelled service recently, this woman stated that I would be charged to pick up their empty trash container.
