Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/07/30) */ We feel that we have a very open relationship with our tenants. We are sorry that it takes the vendors so long to find solutions to the issues of the home. The home owner does approve every single repair request. The oven repair was due to an... electrical malfunction and electricians have diagnosed the issue and are repairing. The sprinkler issue is a matter of resetting the timer and the tenants are free to call a tech to do this. Every issue has been addressed, it is a matter of when vendors can coordinate with tenants to arrange times. Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (3000, 8, 2015/08/04) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) The response doesn't address most of the issues raised in the complaint. It only addresses the length of time it takes to get vendors to repair things. The sprinkler repair tech will not return our calls. The other issues that they have not responded to are the constant need for repairs, the mold, the leak in the sprinkler line, and the unsafe condition of the electrical system. They also didn't address the request for the leaf guards to be put back on the downspouts, and the request for a reduction in rent. We have repeatedly asked to discuss a reduction in rent but get no response. The same with the mold, they will not even discuss the issue. Final Business Response / [redacted] (4000, 10, 2015/08/18) */ The property has been proactively worked on and coordinated by our property management group. Coordination of vendors is our responsibility, which we have been proactively working; however, we can't control all timing issues that arise with vendors. This has been worked on and continues to be worked on with the tenants, vendors and owners. Thus is the life in property management.
