Even though Team Management’s lease agreement is explicit on the do’s and don’ts of the building, they do very little to enforce the rules and policies. Their management of the building is sub par to put it nicely. For example, furniture from an eviction in November has not been picked up. There was a fire in the building and when I called the answering service to find out how much longer it would be for a maintenance worker to come and turn the fire alarm off. The operator goes on a rant and says, “YOU PEOPLE call here every weekend!” The next day, I contacted the management office to make a formal complaint and get the name of the answering service. To my disbelief, the office manager stated, she didn’t know the name of the company, but would call me back with the information. Well, I’m still waiting for her to call me back.

Horrible communication they took my processing fee and literally gave me the run around for 2 months. After two months of being told I was approved to waiting on another member to call me which never happened they finally told me I was denied then contradicted that statement by saying the only reason I’m getting my money back is because I didn’t want to go through the process anymore ,after two months of failed communication of course I’ll like my money back. But again they are horrible I wouldn’t recommend anyone dealing with this company
