The mailer reads:  "You could win a 2015 Subaru Impreza!*  (*)(NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.  PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE CHANCES OF WINNING.  CONTEST HELD IN Caldwell, ID.  Contest...Bring invitation to event location to compare your confirmation code to prize board to determine your prize.  Winner addressee must be 18 years or older, and must bring flyer and/or game piece to event location during the sale dates listed above to redeem prize.)   To play simply lift tabs on card.  If you won call (208)505-9206.  Enter confirmation code #(whatever your individual code is).  Then proceed to Team Mazda Subaru during event times to claim our prize."  By lifting the tabs, everyone's numbers match.  I called the number provided by the mailer company, Automotive experts, and the recorded line asks very specific qualifying questions about qualifying to purchase a vehicle, which is quite simply what Team Mazda Subaru is in the business to do.  To be clear, we are in the business of selling and servicing vehicles and the mailer is a solicitation for customers interested in purchasing a vehicle from us.   Just 20% of the mailer is focused on a chance that a customer would win, while 80% is a solicitation to purchase a vehicle at a reduced price, interest rate, or payment.  It, again, was not our intent to deceive or manipulate customers in any way.   I am truly sorry that you felt deceived.

Team Mazda Subaru contracted a mail company to build and deliver a mail piece for us.  We were able to proof the mailer.  The mailer does have prizes listed in the proximity of the "jokers" but we made sure that there was a clear separation via a silver bar and an explanation just below it...

specifically stating "ORDER OF WINNING HAND DOES NOT MATCH THE ORDER OF PRIZES."  The disclaimer also specifically says, "BRING INVITATION TO EVENT LOCATION TO COMPARE YOUR CONFIRMATION CODE TO PRIZE BOARD TO DETERMINE YOUR PRIZE'" Our intention was never to deceive or persuade anyone in a way that is underhanded.  As I have done in the past, when any of our customers are upset about our advertising, I ask them to reach out to me personally.  I will do what I can to help.

I am rejecting this response because:
You've already refused to respond previously, so I've taken different routes to get this handled. The Revdex.com was a good way to initiate contact, however, I remained true to my word on my initial complaint and gone to outside agencies. you may claim what you wish, but the saleswoman I spoke with admitted the reasoning behind the mailings and described exactly how it was in violation of the law. She described a "Bait and Switch" exactly to the letter.
