Team National was very nice and friendly, until they got my moneyAfter signing up for Team National I had a difficult time reaching anyone with questionsThey were very quick to deduct $from my account, then claimed the welcome kits were on back orderAfter leaving frequent messages,(never returned any of my calls or messages) one customer service representative informed me they had plenty of welcome kits and did not know why someone would claim they were on back orderIt took over a month to receive the welcome kit,by which time I cancelled my membership and requested a refundThey had me to fill out refund paperwork and send inn and informed me they would reach a decision and let me know within days
Over days later I had still not received any call, email or letter NOTHING
When I called I asked to speak with the customer service manager whom I had been dealing withShe claimed she must have forgotten to forward my request for refund, and that she would have to get back with me(AGAIN)
It has been over months and I just received a letter stating that if I wanted a refund it has to be within days???? The whole reason I cancelled is because I could not reach anyone to speak with! The customer service representatives lied to meThey were rude when I finally got someone to speak with, and It took over a month to receive anythingThey could not tell me how I could start taking advantage of the program without the welcome ($894.00)packetThey claim they lost or misplaced my refund paperwork, and wonder why I want my money back? This company has misleading advertising, poor customer service, hard to reach and lies about how they handle business
