[redacted] expressed the 2 concerns.1. [redacted] Tire informed him that Team Nutz did not install the Ready Lift Leveling Kit on his truck. Tom C[redacted] and Ed N[redacted] both crawled under the vehicle with [redacted] to show him where the parts were installed. The parts were easily visible to [redacted]. The parts were a lot newer and cleaner then the rest of the suspension underneath the vehicle. [redacted] agreed this was an incorrect statement made by [redacted] and was satisfied with Team Nutz,2. [redacted] expressed concerns that his tires were wearing unevenly in the front of the truck. This is a common sign that the vehicle is not in alignment. Team Nutz does not own an alignment machine. Team Nutz recommended that [redacted] to have his vehicle aligned by a company who could assist. In May of 2015, [redacted] showed Ed and Tom an invoice from [redacted] tire that showed he paid for an alignment on his vehicle in December of 2014. Team Nutz cannot verify if [redacted] completed an alignment on [redacted] vehicle. Team Nutz does not have an alignment machine. The vehicle was visibly out of alignment. Team Nutz contacted a local garage to get a third opinion on the condition of the vehicle. The local garage confirmed though pictures and the description of the problem by [redacted] on the phone that the alignment was currently not correct [redacted] also asked the garage if its possible for alignments to change and the localgarage confirmed it is possible. Team Nutz suggested [redacted] that he should rotate his tires and have an alignment completed again. Only 2 tires were worn uneven by not have a proper alignment. Team Nutz also suggested to [redacted] to have his tires rotated on a regular bases to help wear the tires evenly. [redacted] agreed and was satisfied with the conversation he had with both Ed and Tom. [redacted] left Team Nutz and was never heard from again since this date.Result:Team Nutz contacted [redacted] per [redacted]'s request regarding his tires, [redacted] was not sure if an alignment was completed on [redacted]'s car or not [redacted] also was not sure if a leveling kit was installed on [redacted]'s vehicle without seeing the vehicle. The conversation with Team Nutz and [redacted] did not go anywhere.[redacted] was shown that the leveling kit he purchased was installed and working properly on his vehicle. [redacted] was lead to believe by an [redacted] Technician that this was not the case. [redacted] was satisfied with his findings with both Ed and Tom.[redacted] left Team Nutz with understanding that he damaged his tires by not having a proper alignment. Neglect of not having a proper alignment caused his two front tires to wear uneven. Team Nutz recommended [redacted] to get an alignment at the time of purchase. [redacted] followed Team Nutz recommendation by having an alignment completed by [redacted] Tire. The alignment failed for unknown reasons. [redacted] has purchased 2 new tires for [redacted], which demonstrates that [redacted] took responsibility for their possible mistake.Team Nutz needs no further action at this point.Invoice # 19222 February 5, 2015[redacted] ordered a Sony Radio to be installed in his vehicle. At the time of the purchase it became aware that the Sony radio was not available, but could be substituted for a Kenwood Model of higher value at the same price as the Sony. Review: I got the windows tinted on a brand new 2013 vehicle by Team Nutz [redacted]. They messed up 2 of the windows, which they fixed for free. However, both times the interior and exterior of my vehicle was left very dirty. Fluid spots all over the interior and exterior and bits of tint on the inside and outside of the vehicle. My main complaint is that the outer rubber seals on 3 of the 4 windows had gouges in them. When I brought this to the attention of the manager, he told me that they did not do it. I told him that they weren't there before I brought the vehicle to them for window tint. He still claimed that they did not do it, and I should take it up with the dealer I purchased the vehicle from. I am fully convinced that they did do it, but do not want to take responsibility for it. I am deeply disturbed by the lack of customer service and concern. I have had 2 other vehicles tinted at the [redacted] location, without incident, and with good workmanship.Desired Settlement: I would like, either, a refund on the price of the window tint, or a replacement of the window seals that were gouged.

Review: Took my vehicle in to have tinted the original job was horrendous. Including large bubbles, several small specs, dirt, hair, gaps, and peeling up in corners. Called after 3 days to request it be redone was scheduled in for the following week. At drop off an employee came out to view what needed redone. He was in complete agreement. Even pointed out stuff I hadn't noticed. Literally every window needed done. I was satisfied with the brow on the windshield until he pointed blemishes and stated they would redo the whole thing and gave apologies. Upon pick up the brow and rear/trunk window wasnt replaced. The peeled back corner was glued back down (poorly). As well as another corner on the front driver side was already peeled back. Passenger window was cut way short on one side. Numerous other bubbles blemishes and dirt (although I know of those bubbles would clear up upon drying). We asked for someone to come up and go over the car w us to address concerns. The employee didnt say much and said he was going to get someone else to come out. Another gentleman comes out and we begin discussing concerns. It was obvious he was annoyed. Mentioned that the brow wasnt changed and had alot of dirt under it. He stated he'd redo it but it would just turn out the same. Frustrated we asked for the money back and we would take it somewhere else. He agreed but said hed would remove the tint first which was acceptable to me but he went on to say that it would be a nightmare to do and he didnt to go down that road. Confused we wanted to know what the plan was - because currently I wouldnt accepf it. The gentleman stormed off and left us there w the girl that works the desk. We follow her back inside where this man is stomping around. She speaks to him privately and returns to say he would refund and remove the tint but not the glue and said the glue could damage the car Or I accept it as it with a 50% refund. I had no choice but to take partial refund as with a newer vehicle I didn't want damage.Desired Settlement: Would like a full refund and public complaint. It's not fair to leave in the middle of a discussion then refuse to refund unless I want to leave damaging glue on my vehicle. I was going to be satisfied if he removed everything and provided a refund or completed the job properly. Large bubbles and peeling corners is not acceptable when I'm paying for a professional service. His behavior in dealing with us was childish and highly unprofessional. I was shocked to learn that he was the owner.

[redacted] had her windows tinted at Team Nutz, Some of the windows were not to her boyfriend's expectations. The vehicle was rescheduled and redone to the requests of [redacted]'s boyfriend. At this time [redacted]'s boyfriend was again not satisfied. These were due to conditions of the vehicle that were not controllable.

[redacted]'s boyfriend requested a full refund, but would not allow us to remove the film from the vehicle, [redacted]'s boyfriend began to threaten the staff of Team Nutz and myself. At this time I walked away.

[redacted] of Team Nutz and [redacted] came to terms to keep the window tint at a discounted rate. This was told to us by [redacted] that she was satisfied at this time.

Review: I took my car to Team Nutz to have my remote starter reprogrammed in my 2005 Chevy Cobalt. I was told $30 dollars / 20 minutes to do this. I had to have my vehicle towed to a GM Dealer because I was told that there was a mechanical issue with the ignition on my car they were not liable for the vehicle not starting and they couldnt get the key out of the ignition. The owner was on the phone with his workers and told them to tell me because it was mechanical and not electrical they were not liable for this. The dealer put vehicle on computer and basically (which I have proof from a certified GM tech) that the reason car is not working is that Team Nutz did not connect a wire properly and this in turned shorted out my ECM on car and now I am left with a bill of $900.00. I called Team Nutz and after numerous hours of back and forth phone calls with Team Nutz and Dealer the end result is Team Nutz is not going to pay for the new computer needed to fix my car. I drove car in and had to have towed out. I did what Team Nutz requested as far as having car towed to dealership and having them diagnose what was wrong, I did and the problem is electrical. They lied to me back and forth and on one occasion one of their employees stated that no matter what my car was going to be fixed (but they would not go to GM dealer they would take to their own mechanic). Then of course I guess after they talked to the owner that said they would not pay for costs. Lies, lies, lies...Very unprofessional, when they got key stuck one of employees that didnt know what they were doing, kept on beating on car to get key out of ignition. Untill I guess someone got smart and googled it on computer and found out that there is a way manually to do this.Desired Settlement: I would like Team Nutz to pay for the costs associated with getting my car fixed.

Review: Went to Team Nutz a few months back for FOUR new tires, a lift kit and a new touch screen media/radio device for my vehicle. They did the four tires and lift kit in the same day and sent me on my way. The radio was done a different day and the issue with that was it didn't even work. They did install a new one at no charge, but it was still a very crappy device that barely worked. A few months later, I took my car in for an oil change and to get my tires rotated because I noticed the front two tires looked almost bald. I thought how weird it was considering they were brand new. I took it to the place I always did and they informed that Team Nutz never did an alignment on the car after the lift and new tires, which they have never heard of. They informed me that anytime you get new tires, they align your car. They also informed that because I had been driving for a few months now without an alignment, I had done severe damage and my car was now unsafe to drive. This was the car that my wife, 3 year old and infant drive around in. I called team nuts and their only response was that it was my responsibility to get an alignment. I went to them in person, showed them what [redacted] had pointed out, and they would not own up to anything or admit wrong. So [redacted] took it upon themselves to keep calling Team Nutz and try to get it sorted out for me. Team Nutz stopped responding altogether. [redacted] felt so awful that THEY GAVE ME TWO NEW TIRES and only charged me labor. I want Team Nutz help responsible. I want my money refunded because it went down the drain. They are awful, rude people and I hope they go out of business.Desired Settlement: I want my money refunded. I paid almost $2000 for four new tires and this lift kit and was driving around an unsafe vehicle for months with my family. They haven't even offered an apology. They should model their business and customer service after [redacted] because that company is amazing.

At the time of the purchase it became aware that the Sony radio was not available, but could be substituted for a Kenwood Model of higher value at the same price as the Sony. The Kenwood Radio was ordered with vehicle specific parts. Installation was completed on February 12th. After several days [redacted] expressed his dislike to the Kenwood radio due to manufacture functionality reasons he did not like. These are features of the radio that cannot be changed. Review: Team Nutz (the [redacted] Location) equipped my vehicle with faulty wiring that caused enough sparks to burn a half dollar sized hole into my carpet and insulation. In addition, that faulty wire was connected to a screw they punctured my gas tank with and at the least could have set fire to my car. They attempted to rectify the smell in my carpet by TEARING it apart and shellacking it with chemicals only to have soggy insulation and torn threads throughout the backseat. Now my vehicle has reeked of gasoline and cleaning chemicals for close to a week, and is becoming increasingly difficult to drive due to the smell. The company has been very reluctant to resolve the issues to my specifications, but only to "patch" what they've damaged to my vehicle. Up to this moment my vehicle ends up is in worse condition each time it's left with them to "fix" an issue.Desired Settlement: I feel as though Team Nutz should replace my gas tank, carpet, and fully eradicate the foul gasoline smell in my vehicle. I am also requesting all installation costs be refunded along with a discount of the items purchased.

On June 2, 2014 [redacted] of [redacted], PA who works in [redacted] in [redacted] had his Chevy Impala dropped off at Team Nutz of Fox Chapel to have LED Lights installed on the front of the vehicle and a stereo installed using his own speakers. The installation went according to manufacture specifications.

Review: On May 15, 2013 my son brought my Mercedes Bens to To Team Nuts to have my tail lights tinted (Keep in mind we had the windows tinted the previous summer) as a Mother's Day gift. When I initially purchased the window tint service the young lady at the front desk instructed us to have the front windows tinted lighter and the back ones darker. She said this way the tint would not draw the attention of the police which didnt make sense to me seeing she said the tint in these shades were not a vehicle violation. I had asked several times because I was unsure of the law. I had also inquired on tinting the tail lights and they said it would not be a problem, but they were too busy on this date to do them. On May 15, 2013 upon delivery of my car my tail light was now broken where the tech had applied the tint. I was on my way down to Team Nuts to discuss the broken tail light when the [redacted] T[redacted] Police pulled me over. The office was VERY helpful explaining the law on window tint and light tint. Apparently ALL TINT IS ILLEGAL IN THE STATE OF PENNSYLVANIA AND YOU CAN NOT DRIVE ON ANY STREET IN THE COMMONWEALTH WITH IT. When I reached Team Nuts Castle Shannon location I was treated with such RUDENESS that I almost was speechless. The customer service employee at the desk stated that the tech told my son the the tail light was broken in front of her. I went back to speak with [redacted] the tech and he said he never told my son the light was broken but he told the receptionist and not my son. When I asked why no one there told me that the tint was illegal the lady at the desk stated and I quote "Everything we do and sell here is illegal in the state of Pennsylvania. When I asked how they could have a business that only performs these illegal services and she told me and I quote "This is just how it is and walked back into the area where they do the work. DO DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM TEAM NUTZ AND SAVE YOUR MONEY BECAUSE IN THEIR OWN EMPLOYEES WORDS "EVERYTHING THEY DO AND SELL IS ILLEGAL"!Desired Settlement: Refund the monies for the window tint and replace the tail light seeing no one at Team Nutz seems to communicate with their customers the proper information.

Team Nutz offers window tint at both store locations. Window tint in the state of Pennsylvania is illegal when film is added to the windows of a vehicle. To notify customers of the laws in PA we have give the following information for 10 years:??

Sign in showroom on the tint display that states. "All Window Tint is Illegal".

Team Nutz website: www.teamnutztechnologv.com/car-services/window- tining/. This link has a paragraph that states "window tint and film is illegal", ? ???

A link on the page listed above shows the document from PA DMV that shows the allowed limit for window tint.

All customer sign a check in sheet before Team Nutz employees work on a vehicle that states: "All products and services received by Team Nutz are

intended for OFF ROAD USE only.

All customer receipts have terms & conditions that state: "All Products and services received by Team Nutz are intended for OFF ROAD USE only.

[redacted] son had her Mercedes to Team Nutz for Tail Light Tint. [redacted] son was notified that the tail lights had stress cracks in them before any services were offered. He (son] requested that the tail light tint service be completed regardless.

[redacted] returned with the car to have the vehicle upset she was pulled over for window tint. As a courtesy to help [redacted] with her son's choices, we removed the entire window tint. We removed the tail light tint. We refunded her for the tail light tint. We did not refund [redacted] for the window tint that was on the vehicle for over a year.

Team Nutz went above and beyond to help [redacted] with her son’s choices to have the vehicle window tint installed and removed.

Response:

I think it is a shame that the owner of Team Nutz is able to run a business in the State of Pennsylvania that performs and I quote per its own employees mouth "Everything we sell and install on any vehicle is illegal in the state of Pennsylvania". In their own words if drive off of their lot you will be given a ticket by the police (who are doing their job). This is a very very dishonest business. My suggestion to every person in the State of Pennsylvania is to save your money because "Everything Team Nutz sells and installes on your vehicle is illegal in the state of Pennsylvania" and the will not refund you money. Shame on you owner of Team Nuts and shame on your employees for operating such a dishonest business!
