Review: I had contact this group about real estate investment issues. They said they would mentor me, with [redacted] 3 hours per week after paying 1800.00 through paypal.I paid the 1800.00 March 6th. I never received any type of education or syllabus. When I finally questioned [redacted] about mentoring she said 2-3 weeks ago, she told me that [redacted] was supposed to me teaching me all this time. I was never told that before, nor was [redacted] aware of the arrangement. [redacted] is a broker. [redacted] then told me that Mrs. [redacted],(Mother of [redacted]) would be mentoring me.I was given her email [redacted], and contacted her over the weekend of June 8th. She emailed me on June 10 @ 7pm. stating she was working on somethings for me and had questions, that she would email me or call me. I emailed back with my cell, and copied [redacted] and [redacted] (CEO and husband of [redacted] and son-in-law to Mrs.[redacted])keeping them in the loop.I have not heard from any of them again. [redacted] initially emailed me after my grievence to call her and I told her she knew what I thought from my emails, and she could put in writing her response. She has not contacted me since.I had emailed [redacted], twice stating my request to resolve this issue, but no response what so ever. I was initially told that teamny worked all in house and they could provide me with a line of credit, DID not happen, I would be working eventually with another person Ms. [redacted], when I questioned [redacted] about that being the plan, all she said by text, 'No, thats not the plan'.They have not delivered any service or mentoring they said they would do after getting my money.Desired Settlement: I wish a full refund of 1800.00 for their failure to fulfill their obligations to me as a consumer.

Attached is the invoice which was sent to client, [redacted], after services rendered was started and completed as we satarted working for her since February and March. Based on the emails we have included, you will see that this is a false claim. A claim which was placed simply because she could not wait for a staff member to conduct some research, re-evaluate and respond via email/phone. We spoke to her on 6/*, 6/** and 6/**. If a person can't wait 72 hours for a company to do research and get back the right information to then, I'm at a loss.

She started sending threading emails since the 6/** to our CEO stating how she was going to file a report if someone does get back to her on Monday 6/**. And how she is going to ruin us all - over a call. This false report could cause considerable harm to our company. Defamation of a company's character is a major business issues. However, we will handle that part with legal. We have 48-72 hours to get back to any client and Ms. [redacted] was very much aware of this. She did all this because she did not have patience to wait for Ms.

[redacted] to get the information to her. At this point in time, she still has no cash to close a real estate deal and she owes TeamNY money (based on the work done and the agreements signed). The reason she owes TeamNY is because we placed her three (3) times with a lender (see attached lender placement documentation). However, as you can see from the attached invoice, she was only billed one placement. What TeamNY has done for her is

above and beyond what any other company has provided. We held up or end of the agreement with value

added. Unfortunately, she does not have the cash each lender requires to close the transaction or move forward. Sadly, after all my company consulting work, research and negotiating, she does not have the 20% down or the 25k that the lenders require a purchase. We cam1ot be held responsible for her lack of funds or for

another company not being able to afford her a business line of credit (see attached email she forwards us below from another company).
