On 5/29/I went to [redacted] Auto because I was having trouble with steering and my front end At that time their mechanic inspected my vehicle It wasn't long before I was asked by [redacted] the President to come over so he can show me what is wrong He immediately said you had recent work done on this vehicle He said " I won't touch it " he showed me what was wrong with it It was everything that I just had [redacted] Center repair [redacted] also explained to me and marked the flaws done by [redacted] Along with their errors he pointed out that the band around the boot is leaking grease and I need a new axle He explained this is due to the fact that when they repaired my vehicle they used a torch which in some cases is needed But it is no doubt their fault and they should replace the axle He suggested I take it back to them [redacted] could have repaired everything and took my money and I wouldn't have been any wiser , they were honest I then called [redacted] explained the situation to the manager hoping they would honor their work I was told they were busy it would be awhile before they could get me in After a couple calls I was able to secure a day I took the day off of work so I didn't have to just leave my vehicleI could show the owner and explain to him what is wrong The owner was not there After showing the manager and explaining it too him He worked on my vehicle He sanded down a part and painted it I don't have to be a mechanic to know that painting a part is not repairing my vehicle I was told that was all he could do I was flabergasted after I took the day off of work and gave them an opportunity to make good on their errors I have a Honda with Honda parts , that band will last up to 200,miles which [redacted] had explained to me The manager said it's because of wear and tear I asked to speak to the owner , he was not there The manager said this is what the owner said , if there is a slice in it they can't do anything I tried the best I could to explain it to him the way [redacted] did to me The conversation was heating up so I just said ok and left This is why I am asking for a full refund also $195+tax This way I can bring it to [redacted] and have them properly repair my vehicleI do not feel safe driving my vehicle at allThis is the first time I ever had anything like this happen I keep my vehicle in excellent condition because of my job I am a nanny and have to transport young children In yrs I never missed work because of my vehicle Twice now in one month I had to go without a vehicle the Saturday I brought it home from having it repaired at [redacted] auto I had to go without a vehicle that weekend and Monday I was told they would have it towed back and I found out they never did Also the day I physically brought it back

This is why I am asking for a full refund also $195+tax .   This way I can bring it to [redacted] and have them properly repair my vehicle. I do not feel safe driving my vehicle at all. This is the first time I ever had anything like this happen . I keep my vehicle in excellent condition because of my job . I am a nanny and have to transport young children . In 17 yrs I never missed work because of my vehicle . Twice now in one month I had to go without a vehicle the Saturday I brought it home from having it repaired at [redacted] auto . I had to go without a vehicle that weekend and Monday . I was told they would have it towed back and I found out they never did . Also the day I physically brought it back .

Phone response - the car was sold as is by a private seller. It passed inspection, as the parking brake holds, and only one plate light is required for inspection. A week after buying, they brought car back, and I replaced the light and changed all the brakes and rotors. There is nothing more that I...
