Team Promotions

Review: Team Promotion sells and provides a service that allows you to ride a motorcycle on a closed track. I purchased the service for Sept 1 2013 at Ponoco and due to unavoidable circumstances I did not make the event. I wrote and asked if I would receive a refund or could I pick another day since I already paid.I received and email back asking if I chose EFP Plus Their insurance) which I didn't because I had no intention of missing this event. I did receive another email back stating nothing would be done no refund and no chance to pick another day. I feel this is wrong I paid for a service which I did not receive.Desired Settlement: I would like the chance to pick a replacement day at another event, I just want to receive the service I paid for, If Team Promotions won't give me another day then I would like a refund. I have already paid for a full years membership which I still havent had a chance to use.
