We are winter visitorsTeam Ramco was recommended by other people in the RV park where we are stayingTeam Ramco had our truck towed in when the flexplate broke & took out the torque convertor & starterThey provided us with a car to drive while the truck was being repairedThey spent at least minutes showing us the broken parts of the truck, explaining why the parts failed, what they were going to be replaced with & where we could take the truck for warranty work, if needed, once we return to CanadaWe are very happy with the work that they did & would recommend them as a good place to get your transmission fixed

I brought my car into team Rambo because their was oil in my radiatorAt first I thought when I got my oil changed at *** the person who was doing my oil change put oil in the radiator instead of where the oil was suppose to go my all my friends including the tow guy thought the same thingWhen I dropped it off at team Armco that night I called him to see what he thought happed he confirmed what we all thought what happened *** put oil in my radiatorSo the next day I went in to find out what the next step wasThat's when he says no that it was a blown headgasketAnd that he estimated that it would cost over I was going to pay it but he wouldn't give me a set price or tell how much the parts going to cost and labor to fix it mind You I'm a single mother of two I have no understanding about carsHe told me that my car would be fixed that following Tuesday it wasn't fixed I asked him did he know yet how much it's going to cost and when will my car be done he said he still doesn't know yet and that he had other people's cars he had to fix .told him that all I wanted was for him to drain the oil out my radiator find what's broken tell me how much it's going to cost me he would say I don't know yet by this time it's been over a week since they had my car I just got tired of waiting for them to do something so I asked the guy stew that works the front desk what can I do to get my car he said that I had to pay him so I asked how much he estimated but I ended up giving him so he could fix the broken gasket tooAnother week goes by and my car is still not done I would call the owner ask him when my car is going to be fixed and he keeps say over for parts and labor but I ask what parts and and how much are the parts and labor and that I want it in writingThey had took it a upon them selves to start working on my car ordering part and not letting me know if I wanted to spend that much on the parts and labor I told the owner this he hangs up on meI asked him for my car back and that I would pay for what I agreed to to drain oil out my radiator and to fix the gasket he told me that I wasn't going to get my car back unless I bring my check book then he hung up on me he hung up on me three timesWhat business owner does that I go up team Armco this last time and there was no engine in my car they took my whole engine outWhy I didn't ask them to do that it's been exactly days since I had my carNow I'm going to have to take them to court cause now they want to charge me over $to get my car back that much to clean out my radiator and to fix a broken gasket

They spent at least 20 minutes showing us the broken parts of the truck, explaining why the parts failed, what they were going to be replaced with & where we could take the truck for warranty work, if needed, once we return to Canada. We are very happy with the work that they did & would recommend them as a good place to get your transmission fixed.
