came out to snake toilet on 3/17/19 (evening); never sent receipt as promised; toilet clogged again 03/19/19 but stated no record of 3/17/19 service
Charged $99 for service on 3/17/19; when toilet again clogged 3/19/19, could not/would not send somebody to again repair until the next day and stated that they had no record of their providing the service on 3/17/19.
Refund of $99 charge of 3/17/19 as problem not fixed
It was a misunderstanding and we have straightened it out with *** and he agreed to remove the complaint.
