In response to complaint ID# *** and the processing of returned company property for deposit refund; The letter and returned items were received back into inventory after the addressee returned from working an out of state event in Las Vegas. Normally the
items would be researched and process within a week to two weeks but due to the unforeseen circumstances of his being out of state for nearly a month, this particular paperwork as well as others was not processed until 11/26/factoring in two federal holidays during that time frame.The complainant went on a leave of absence on 8/20/2012, processed out of the company for job abandonment 12/18/with the items received back from the complainant in late October 2014, nearly years after the end of his employment with usAfter receipt the items returned were inspected and a refund percentage was assessed based on the condition in which those items were in upon return. Per company policy, items in which a deposit was deducted are eligible to have up to a maximum of 80% of that amount returnedThe following is a breakdown of the percentage assessed, after inspection, for each item returned.Orange Parking Shirt x2: #P333, P351. Records indicate no deposit was deducted for these items(typically no deposit is required for these shirts because they are to be turned in after shift)Security Jackets x2: #9520, 996. Records indicate that deposits were deducted for these items and both were assessed at 80% for refund purposes.Staff Jacket: #***Records indicate that no deposit was deducted for this item, unknown as to why it was in the complainant’s possession without a deposit being secured.Staff Polo Shirts x3: #***, ***, and ***. Records indicate that deposits were deducted for these items. #*** was assessed a 65% refund amount, #*** was assessed a 60% refund amount, and #*** was assessed an 80% refund amountThese percentages are based on the condition in which the items were returnedSecurity Polo Shirts x2: #***, ***. Records indicate that deposits were deducted for these items. Both shirts were assessed an 80% refund amount based on the condition in which the items were returned.The paperwork is currently in Payroll for processing and the refund will be mailed immediately upon completion of this process in the self-addressed stamped envelope that the complainant provided We would like to point out that the complainant made absolutely no attempt to contact us, or inquire about his refund, and instead directly filed a complaint with the Revdex.comHad we been aware of his issue, we would have been able to resolve it sooner

After 6 months of going back and forth for an event they pulled out with 2 weeks before the event. With little to no explanation. They had a bigger more impressive event to work. So for 6 months I was promised they could handle my event, and I also added parking services onto the order. Again was promised they could do this event. And 2 weeks before my event they send an email telling me they can't do the event. WOW! The wouldn't answer the phone, wouldn't bother to call and explain. They over commit and don't follow through. Beware of this deceitful company.
