I finally got another response on ***they told me they do not see the funds hitting their acct cause it wasnt sent to silver bank rather to gemini company.they suggest I discuss a wire trace/ recall with the bank which I will do today it may be held up

$and $respectivelyOn August **, 2017, *** *** attempted to withdraw USD; however, he was unable to complete the withdrawal due to the fact that his two ACH deposits were within the five day clearing windowOn August **, 2017, *** *** reached out to Gemini questioning why his funds were unavailable for withdrawalOn August **, 2017, Gemini advised that *** *** was “On Advance” $from instant ACH deposits that had yet to fully clear*** *** continued to reach out to Gemini regarding the same complaint on August **, and requested to close his accountOn August **, 2017, a Customer Support Representative from Gemini advised that *** *** would be unable to close his account until his ACH transfers clearedOn August **, 2017, *** *** initiated a third ACH deposit for $446.24, which was returned on August **, due to insufficient fundsAs per Gemini policy, when Gemini receives any type of ACH return the customer’s account is automatically frozenFrom August **, to September **, 2017, *** *** continued to reach out to Gemini to determine why his account had been frozenDue to a backlog of ACH returns, Gemini Cash Management and Customer Support teams were delayed in reaching out to customers to advise that Gemini had received a return of funds and that there accounts were frozen due to this issueOn September **, 2017, a member of Gemini’s Cash Management team reached out to *** *** to advised that we received an ACH return initiated on August **, for $from his BBVA Compass Checking account ending in *** *** was advised that in order to bring his account back into good standing he would be required to send a wire for a minimum of $*** *** requested that the transaction be cancelled and his account closedOn September **, 2017, a member of the Cash Management team advised *** *** that a request to unfreeze his account without a wire has been submitted for reviewAs per Gemini Policy, accounts frozen due to ACH returns are required to wire in funds to make up the deficitA member of the Compliance team reviewed the request and made an exception for *** *** ***’s account was unfrozenWe apologise to *** *** for the delay in resolving his issueIn order to improve our processes, Gemini has instituted a new process related to accounts which are frozen to an ACH ReturnThese accounts will now automatically be unfrozen once the customer wires in the requested fundsEnabling this new feature will ensure that customers will not be subjected to a long wait for Gemini to manually unfreeze their account once the customer has sent in the required wireIn response to the sharp increase in consumer interest in bitcoin and ether and the corresponding increase in our customer base and trading volume, Gemini has doubled the size of our Cash Management and Customer Support teams since the end of May We have also invested significant engineering resources into improving the workflow automation around cash management to allow each employee to handle more issues in less timeWe appreciate *** ***’s business in the past and hope we can continue to provide him with service in the futureTell us why here
