Review: We met with the teamsports manager to order soccer socks, shirts, hoodies and pants. They failed to provide any assistance with sizing or samples. The order was time sensitive due to nature of the length of the season. Once I determined that the ordered would not arrive in time I called the owner to have him cancel it before it ever arrived in his store. He then call me a , " Joke" and refused to do so. When the order came in not one item fit, as a result of the meeting we had with the manger prior to placing the order. We requested an exchange of items, but was refused. We then requested a refund and we were also refused. We spent thousands of dollars for all the items that do not fit. The company has taken zero responsibility and has blamed everyone but themselves. We are now left with thousands of dollars of items that as useless to us. Teamsports failed to size the players correctly and provided samples.Desired Settlement: Refund.
