team toyota service deptis disreputableI had two bad experiences before this onI took my vehicle there for a recall for leaf springsthey said it didnt need to be done even after I told them I had one break when the vehicle was two yrsoldI eventually went to another toyota for the service and said my vehicle record shows team toyota did the repair which it didntthe day after I visited the other dealer one of my springs brokethey had no choice but to fix itSo,they didnt do the work originally but billed toyota corpfor the work this is a potentially hazardous situation because the broken spring can rupture the gas tankTeam toyota put myself and family in harms way Team toyota service deptonly cares about profit

This place is horrible when it comes to getting your car servicedIt's been weeks since my car has been in the shopI was promised weeks it w*** be doneI've been getting the run around about when it's going to be fixed and doneAnd being lied to about things that suppose to be fixed and nothing happened,still waitingI have a wonderful person that sold me a car David G*** and he is very niceBut when my car is parked on the street and gets hit and you can't get the person that hits you and you go back to toyota to the collision center and think your getting the same service and your notI don't recommend anyone getting their car serviced hereI'm not coming back after thisThis is terrible

Review: I was searching for a vehicle for a few weeks & saved a certain amount of money for a reliable vehicle for work purposes. I made a $500 down payment over the phone. I found a vehicle on [redacted] talk to the dealership & sale person on several occassions with questions & history on the vehicle. I am over 300 miles away from the dealership, so I took the bus & a train to the . The process was very quick at the dealership we were in & out within 20 minutes. I paid $8,100 and then drove away with my car. 4 days later my car was in the shop it started to leak fluids very bad & frequent, then started making very strange noises like the transmission was about to fall out. I contact the dealership on several occassions & continueously left messages saleperson, manager & never received a call back.Desired Settlement: At this point I would prefer a complete refund of my funds, if they are willing to pay for the damages for the damaged car they sold me. That may be a option
