This company allows you to use their software for free if it is only for personal use They have accused me of using it commercially, which I am not They have blocked the free use of their software as a trick to get people to buy their program I am a disabled senior who helps out in my community along with family and friends I went through this issue with the company just over years ago when we had Syrian families move into our complexI was helping them out along with my friends and family at the time They blocked me at that point and made the accusation of commercial use I contacted them and sent them the log files they requested and POOF they unblocked me as they did see that I don't use their program for commercial use at all Now they have done the same and when you email them for the free support they say that it can take up to days to respond because it is a free user Well, I have sent several emails to them and they just plain don't respond at all
