The complaint was filed because in BOTH cars TWO PEOPLE were to be listed as CO SIGNERSCar #X XXXX Jetta was to show *** *** and *** *** ***, in order to build credit
Car #X XXXX Jetta was to show *** *** *** and *** *** ***, that is what was talked about and set up with *** the agent that was working with me and "helping" out
I am not fighting the payments or the financingAll I am questioning is why BOTH NAMES DO NOT appear on the carsDue to this discrepancy by the dealer....I am unable to make the NECESSARY changes on the vehicles to reflect my personal lifeThat is why I made the reportI was TOLD time an dtime again when the purchases were made that BOTH names would appearNeither of the cars show both names...so how is this "HELPING" me or my ex build credit?? And when I called to have that corrected, they began to give me the run around asking me for more money or a separate credit application to add her on? Why must I pay more money for a mistake that was done by the dealer to begin with? That is all I want if that the contracts and ownership show the names correctly so that I may be able to refinance on my own

I do not believe to be asking for anything HUGE other than for an explanation as to why what was TRANSLATED to me at the time of signing does NOT match what I am being told by VW FinanceI find it difficult to accept the explanation that the so called business states that all was put n front of meIf that was the case, then why doesn't my signature reflect what I was toldIn car #I have no idea why they even had me sign anything if I don't even appear on the vehicleCar #*** signed and she doesn't appear on the vehicleThat is my biggest issue with this so called businessThe fact that I trusted them enough to bring the my business in two vehicles bit me in the endTheir salesman *** is now obvious wanted the sale regardless of the connection with me as the clientThey translated things to their benefit and I figured this out too lateThey are deceitful, disrespectful and unprofessional
