Review: I hired this company to install new windows in my home. They did so and once it started to rain, several windows leaked. they came back to correct the problem and it caused damage to the interior of the home. They corrected some of the problems and fixed some of the damage but not all. There is still a problem with one window and water damage that they refuse to correct and they have left one window unfinished. I have been calling them for a year now and they keep putting me off. It appears they will never do it. The last time I called the woman who works there by the name of [redacted] screamed at me and hung up on me. they have no intention of finishing the window, as it has been left uncapped and fixing the water damage by the same window, the windowsill is deteriorating due to water damage. That is why I am making a formal complaint about them. I have paid them in full right after they installed all the windows.Desired Settlement: I would like them to correct the problem with the window and fix the damage by the window that was caused by the water leaking in through the window. But they wont do it and its been over a year now.
