I am rejecting this response because: sorry I didn't see the previous email and when I logged in, the case is closed so I can't response.the contractor is total lyingI have his contract paper including what should be done.also the first roof in my email is on the same house on weber ave.he did twice on itthe first time is a total failurethe second one is not passing city inspection.the mold is caused by the first failure job which require tearing out a lot of drywall and all insulation.since the dramatic delay of passing roof inspection, the tenant couldn't move in on time and withdraw the offer.the house is still empty todayI had to find others to fix his failure job because he refused to do anything without paying him in full first.please reopen the case

As a the owner of Teamwork Roofing,I([redacted])am hereby respond to this false report made by [redacted] on regard of his statement.First of all,the only roof that we replaced for this gentleman beside [redacted] was his house four years ago.Because he has never had any problem...

with our service,he called us on 10/20/14 to give him an estimate for his house,since he was working away from town,he text me the address and I went to take the measurement on his house and I meat another contractor on the side who already went up the roof and he gave me the number of square the house measured.I also met his tenants at the house three days later who claim their money back from [redacted] since the house had a lot of mold issue,leaking issue and some other issues but he refuse to give them their money[redacted] was schedule to have another inspection with the city then he fail again and the tenants also went on to report more issue to city,said [redacted].Now,when the inspector came on side my dumpster was there on his inspection day which also he had fail because he refuse to fix other thing in the house but all those things,the roof was not yet installed.Now before we started that roof we begin to have problem with [redacted].When I email Him the quote,he wanted me to start without a downpayment and said to me that I have to trust him on that which I couldn't do,so the agreement was that he suppose to come with a deposit of 60% of the amount charge but he did not have it.However he promise to pay me in full the day we finish the job but none of that happened until he call me a day and said that he called out an inspector and the inspector said that we need and upgrade because we installed ridge vent,we re-inforced raftters and installed new plywood.Now before he sign the contract he made sure that I agree to tear off down to bear wood a change any rotted,and since we was texting,I sai yeah but not the rafters since we are not going to the attik,then he said;what about if I need to reinforce rafter and replace some rafter?,then I said well,you will have to pay me $50 dollar each and he agreed to it.When we was doing the roof he ask me,what if I need vent up there?I toll him extra charge and he agreed to it which I charged $200 to install a ridge vent.I needed him to sign the paper for me after I added was done there for the permit update,he refused to do so and I have ton of texts and email where he refuse to meet up with me,I send him a meeting address close to his house to meet me up he still refused and said the inspector will help him.But I went to the township to get information about his statement when he said the house leaked,it was all lies and when they told that he had just left the building that day,I ran out to meet him and call his phone,and I saw him opening his car door,pull his phone out his pocket and ignore my call.As for the tho roofs he mentioned,I may have been sleeping while doing that other because I have no Knowledge what so ever that I did another roof for him and I will only believe him when I see that contract paper with my signature under the writing contract.
