I purchased an ATV from Parts R US in Limestone NY, and when I tried to start it, it would not startI talked to the owner and his first response was to put gas and an injector cleaner in itThat did not work so I called him back and he said that they ordered a part and he forgot that it needed to be changedThey mailed me a part, but I have no idea how to replace this partThe owner lied about the condition of the ATV and I want to return the ATV for a full refundThey have a day return policy on their Bill of Sale but the owner will not call me backI'm stuck with an ATV that will not run, and an owner that admitted there was a problem
Took motorcycle to be sold on consignment Just told them to fix front brake because it was sticking The performed other work without authorization When we went to pick it up they had done work on the bike we did not asked to be done We talked to other people we know that live in that area and found out they are known to do work without authorization
