We are not the correct company for this complaint. I am assuming that this customer is in Houston. After
doing some research on the phone numbers listed in this Revdex.com complaint, we have determined that this company is the same company we have filed complaints on in the past. They were operating in San Antonio under our name.
We have filed trademark infringement claims and now they advertise under "Teamwork Locksmith" in San Antonio. We were not made aware of their Houston operation until this complaint.
We *** take appropriate action now in Houston with the Texas Department of Public Safety and file an infringement claim on their Houston website. We have attached supporting documents to this email
Please remove this Revdex.com complaint from Team-Locksmith and direct it to Teamwork Locksmith. Teamwork Locksmith has a history of complaints and poor customer service. Here is the difference
