Beware of this company If you are unfortunate enough to use their services make sure you have the tech quote you the price in addition to the service call BEFORE he starts work

Hi Sherri, My name is [redacted] and we spoke the other day when you assisted me in being able to login so that I would be able to read my customer complaint I spoke with the Technician that did the initial jobThis customer called our company to unlock his vehicle and make him a new transponder keyWhen he arrived there were no codes available so he had to manually take the steering column out which is a very hard and time consuming thing to doThe customer was made aware of the price prior to the work being doneHe was then asked if he wanted us to proceed he said yes and signed in agreementHe said he needed to get it done and was okay with us doing the job at the price that was quoted Some time after the job was done he started shopping aroundTo which he called back to ask for a refund because he spoke to whom ever he spoke with and started comparing pricesMy first problem was that our customers always have the option of saying noWe do not charge a service fee for coming out like other companies do and we are completely honest before starting the work on any job that is being done by one of my techsHe also had the option of shopping around before agreeing to have the work doneWe opened the customers vehicle and manually made him a key and programmed the key for the price that he was quoted and agreed toThe price was rather fair for the worked that was entailed As a courtesy I would be happy to offer him a $discount for show of good faithBut he paid for the very good and fair service that was renderedI appreciate the time that the Revdex.com took to make us aware of the situation Have a wonderful dayIf you should need to speak with again it would be my pleasure[redacted] -***-*** Thank you

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:- I never signed anything-I was never given a price up front, if someone told me up front I would of paid the dollar travel fee and had them leave- the locks took about 30-minutes to rekey-I did call the office first, hints how you dispatched a person over to rekey my house.-I don't have friends I'm talking to, dollars to rekey a house is absolutely unreasonable If by friends you mean other legitimate business then yes I called them.-you never returned my call nor did you ever offer me any money back- I intend to take this to court with various other quotes from similar companiesYou can explain to a judge why you feel your company can charge more than double your posted rates on your website or of any other quotePrice gouging is illegal in the United States Regards, [redacted]

Good morning, I am aware of this customers complaint. I spoke with him in regard to the price and I told him that he was aware of the starting pricesWhen the technician arrived he assessed the job to which the customer had eight locks that he wanted rekeyinghe was told
including the trip charge and taxesHe said that he really couldn't afford this but he needed it done so he agreed to the priceAfter which he started calling around and then called me in the office to complain because he said he found other places that were cheaperI then told him that I have nothing to do with what other companies are chargingI even said to him that this goes on everywhere from on business to another they have there on prices and that I can't conduct my business on the grounds of someone elseBut I would be willing to look into it and see if there is anything I can do to compensate him for his griefHe said he wanted me to give him a refund of out of because that's what he thinks it should costI told him in no way form or fashion would I be able refund that amount. this job took a lot of time to do we are talking (8) locksI told that because of his financial situation I could issue him a small refund as a courtesyBut he wanted me to do what he wantedI told him that that was not feasible, he agreed to the price that he was charge signed for it and paid for it and the called I to the office to complainHe never called into to office prior to the job being done or completedUntil he started to his friends aboutI am sorry about his financial situation but this is a businessSometimes we can help people but fi we did everything a customer wanted us to do we would be out of business.Thank you so much for your time in this matter.

I am rejecting this response because: I disagree with the reply from the manager, whom is a dishonest individual for refusing to return my calls and make good with an honest fee for a minute jobIt was not a difficult job as she specified and a $refund is a slap in the faceThey are conn artist and will continue to be dishonest about their work and the feesI am asking for a refund of $260, which $is more than a fair cost for minutes of labor, removing a steering wheel cover, cutting a key and codesShe believes that ppl will just drop the issue and let them keep ripping ppl offThey know that we are out of towners and they would not charge the same fee for a local clientCheck their records

Good morning I responded to this complaint the first day I received itThis the first I am hearing of anything regarding this customerHowever in responding to said complaint we don't give exact prices over the phone reason being, because the office has no idea what the technician has to open the
customers carI don't understand why if the customer claims that she was told it would be a set price and upon the arrival of the technician she was told something else why would they not call into the office at that time and speak with an agent instead she pays the guy and then calls the Revdex.com I was not aware of the disagreement until the day the initial complaint was sent in by your officeAlso that is not an alarming amount again it depends on what the technician needed to do to get in the vehicleHad the customer called back to the office to speak with someone I would have tried to compensate them and resolve the situation at hand But we were never aware that there was a problemMy name is *** *** my office number is ***-***-*** if they would like to give me a call I would be more than happy to receive them. This customer is clearly lying they actually did call back in to office. I told them that that could not be because the minimum charge starts at $50.00 for all lockouts unless the zip code is out past the San Antonio line . So prices for example star at 15 for the service call that's for the tech to...

be dispatched out and 35 and up for the labor. We also said to her that all calls are recorded and if she wanted to we could listen to the call together I played it and she got upset and hung up the phone. We can not do anything about people who hear what they want to hear. If you should need anything else from us please don't hesitate to ask. I am rejecting this response because:- I never signed anything-I was never given a price up front, if someone told me 407 up front I would of paid the 15 dollar travel fee and had them leave- the 8 locks took about 30-45 minutes to rekey-I did call the office first, hints how you dispatched a person over to rekey my house.-I don't have friends I'm talking to, 407 dollars to rekey a house is absolutely unreasonable.  If by friends you mean other legitimate business then yes I called them.-you never returned my call nor did you ever offer me any money back- I intend to take this to court with various other quotes from similar companies. there. They oversaw everything that was done, literally signed off on it paid with there credit card and then complained over 24 hours later about the price. I offered as a courtesy $200.00 and they refused it. Said that they didn't think that was enough when in fact they approved everything verbally  and in writing. Work was perfect and secure and well as the locks that were installed . They wanted me to conduct my business to accommodate their assumptions well after the fact.
