Unfair collection practicesALL KIND CHECK CASHING DBA CASH STOP, does not send written correspondence in regards to payday loans that have gone into defaultI had a loan with the company a year ago, which went into default because I became ill and was hospitalizedThe loan had completely slipped my mind, until I received a summons from my local court stating I was being sued for the balance owedWhen I contacted Cash Stop I was told I would have to go through their attorney to pay the balance, which was no problem on my endWhen I asked why I had not received notifications of the balance owed, I was told they do not send out any types of documents by mail regarding collections activityI also attempted to contact the attorney that represents Cash Stop, and left multiple messages stating I wanted to pay the balance that was owedThe attorney was never available to speak to me and did not return any of my phone calls
