We purchased a Bichon from this company and absolutely adore her. She is a wonderful fit for our family. Thank you!

First of all this is a high volume breeder and the owner has nothing to do with puppies, training, or customers. When I called to speak to her this is exactly what they told me that she's just like the CEO or something. Anyways we bought a puppy for a good family companion and she has issues biting and growling at our children. The puppies are also accustomed to relieving themselves in their crates making crate training less of an option.

To say that I am surprised by this review would be an understatement, as I have been earnestly working with you to help find a solution to this problem that you have been experiencing with your new companion of two weeks. We did state from the beginning that we are professional breeders, not professional trainers; because of this, we enroll all of our puppies (including yours) into a training service program (GoodDog! Helpline) with expert trainers to call in times of needs. We did help pin point where the issue is stemming from, as the dog has bonded closely with you and is upset when the children are keeping the dog away from you, the person whom it feels safest with. We had agreed that the solution to this would not be an easy one, but you are demanding an easy solution within 24 hours. Unfortunately, that is impossible to do with a living being. As promised, I did place calls into leading national veterinarians to seek advice, but they typically do not respond in mere hours. We have offered to take the puppy back with a full refund, but you have refused to do so. There are many obedience classes available if you would like to take her to those, but our offer still stands to take her back in with open arms. Our goal for every dog we place is for them to be a perfect match in their home, and if this is not the case, we certainly want to find the right family for the puppy and open the opportunity for you to find the right puppy for you.
Secondly, our pooches spend very little time in crates--only to journey to and from our vet's office when needed. We do have crates in our rooms so that the dogs can familiarize themselves with them, as the majority of our new families opt to crate train (with fantastic reviews of doing so). You stated yourself that, in the two weeks you've had her, she has become completely crate trained. That is an excellent turn around and speaks high volumes to our methods and your consistency and love in training her.
Lastly, Teapup's owners are now transitioning into semi-retirement and are preferring to be called "founders", though they still have full ownership. They have entrusted their trained team with continuing this exceptional facility that they began in 1989. I personally have been with Teapup for 11 of those years, and my decade + has given me much wisdom and intelligence to do my job as a professional. These dogs are our passion in life, and we dedicate so much of ourselves to them. It is why we have been working earnestly with you since being notified of this issue in the past 24 hours.
