Given the fact that this part was intentionally taken to a machine shop to be washed and altered from the condition in which it was bought, the warranty was voidedHowever, as the camshafts were not washed and still had the paint that was applied to them when purchased, we will offer a partial refund of $If this is not accepted, we will move this issue to arbitration

Please see my response to complaint ID #[redacted]:On the receipt provided to the customer, there is a disclaimer regarding cash/credit back or store credit. paint that were purchased at our yard was put in place due to the fact that we would have customers who would come in with parts they purchased at another recycling yard and try to get money back or store credit at our store. Every customer is held to this standard of if the paint is missing from the part when they try to return it, then we cannot refund money or issue a store credit even if the part is brought back within the 30 day or 90 day period. The store manager did attempt to work with the customer and offer store credit even though the part was missing the warranty paint. Thank you,Jennifer
