out pulled his washer bottle and came to the register and thought his part should be free. Then told are general manager that he didn't have the funds to pay for the part, and preceded to tell him that he has a jack to trade for a 4.00$ part. We are not in thebusiness of trading. He made seen in front of other costumers in are store and left.
