I have heard back and was satisfied with the result but not satisfied with the service I received.

Review: I received a $100 mall gift card from my employer for 2013 Christmas. I made a small purchase last December at Teavana in the Mayfair Mall in Wauwatosa WI. The next time I tried to use my gift card, it was nearly depleted. The mall office looked up the transactions and told me that the card was spent almost completely at Teavana. I did not make these purchases. I went to the store and talked with the Manager "[redacted]" who promised to investigate and call me. She did not call nor did she return any of my phone calls to her. on April 16 I wrote a letter to the store and CCed Starbucks Customer relations . On May 14 Starbucks sent a letter asking me to "call customer relations" , which I did. I spoke with M Byrd, who like [redacted] promised to research and get back with me. No response sinceDesired Settlement: I want the balance of my $100 back

Review: On July 10,2015 I placed an online order, in that order I ordered four 3oz logo tins which were backordered, a tea maker and 4 packets of tea. Upon receiving my order I was not happy with the items, so I called Teavana at 877-832-8262 and told them to cancel the backorder and asked about the refund process. I was told that I could return the items in store. So I brought the items to the neatest Teavane store to try to return them. The young lady at the counter was extremely nice but not properly trained. After apologizing to me that she did not know how to return items she informed me that the manager will be in at 3pm and will be able to return the items for me. So I returned to Teavane at 3pm, the manager then tells me that since I purchased these online I will have to mail them in. Why was this not explained to me when I called 877-832-8262? The manager mailed in the items back to you guys to your warehouse in CT, this is the UPS tracking number [redacted]. Which states that the package was delivered on July 21, 2015. I know that processing a refund could take 3-7 business days, so I waited a few days before calling. I first call 877-832 -8262 to ask about the status of the refund on Tuesday July 28, 2015. I was told that there was no record of this transaction, so the customer service rep I spoke with took my name, number, email and order number down and said she will email her supervisor. I call the next day to follow up, once again there is no record of this and ask to provide my info another and was told that the supervisor will email me. On the third day, Thursday July 30 I received an email from the Team Lead Customer Support [redacted], which says that she has refunded for the logo tins. As stated earlier I call to cancel the tins which were backordered and the customer service rep said I was all set and these items were cancelled. I call once again 877-832-8262 and ask to speak with Colleen and the customer service rep was extremely rude and said that there is currently no supervisors or managers that I can talk to. She did once again for the third time take down my name, order number, etc, etc. [redacted] refunded me for items that I have previously cancelled and not for the items that I have mailed back, which totals to $45.26 My order number is [redacted] please look into this and issue me a full and complete refund. I shouldn’t not have to jump through hoops because I wanted to return some items.Desired Settlement: Full and complete refund.

Review: I purchased a gift card from Teavana.com on November [redacted] I received an email stating that it shipped Nov **, 2013. However, as of today, December *, 2013 I have not received it. I've sent emails to the company and their only response is to restate that it shipped on Nov **. I've tried calling their customer service on 3 occasions. Each time, I was on hold for over 20 minutes, but never got to talk to anyone. I left a call back number, but they have not called back. I feel as though I have no other recourse except to file a complaint.Desired Settlement: I would like either a refund or the merchandise.

I have not received the promised refund. They said that they would refund the money I paid, but I have not yet received it.
