Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The resolution stands as noted in the initial Revdex.com complaint against TEBO.  The necessary complaints with the (CFPB) Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and (Atty Gen) Attorney General Office has already been filed against TEBO. I will file a motion for sanctions for violation of the discharge and serve it upon TEBO, if this Revdex.com complaint is not resolved. Please be advised all attorney fees and the punitive damages which have already occurred, will be pursued aggressively.  All complaints filed against TEBO will serve as proof of my attempt to correct this matter without involving the courts. If TEBO "believes" they did not violate any state or federal laws, I will exercise my rights to proof other wise.Let me know if any additional information is necessary.

On July 23, 2015, debtors redeemed the 2003 [redacted] for $2,502.43. Prior to redemption, TEBO advisedthe amount to redeem in detail to debtor. TEBO diligently prepared documents and detailed explanations of calculations as requested by debtors.TEBO sent both alpha and numerical explanations of the interest accrued since last payment on July 8, 2013. TEBO also sent debtor invoices TEBO paid to the repossession agency to clarify the calculation for repossession fees; such feesare listed on payoff quote as “loan fees”. According to debtors signed contract, “Allowed expenses are expenses we pay as a direct result of takingthe vehicle […].”All amounts given were proper and accurate. TEBO believes it acted in full compliance with state and federal laws and regulations. Let me know if I can be of any further assistance.Bob Bowman

In regards to Tebo's response to the complaint, our bankruptcy was discharged on February 25, 2015.  After the date of a discharge bankruptcy. communication is not prohibited by any State or Federal laws.  Also, we did received a call from one of Tebo's representative the day before the repossession took place. Therefore, Tebo did initiate communication contrary to the response to this complaint.  If Tebo is adhering to Bankruptcy laws by not initiating communications regarding the debt, why was the vehicle repossessed if Tebo is currently operating and classifying the debt under a discharged bankruptcy. As stated in my USPS certified mail correspondence, any balance owed will be paid within the coming week.  Any Repo and Bankruptcy violations will possible be pursued if a resolution is not received.

remaining after all insurance proceeds were received was $1756.44. As a goodwill gesture TEBO waived the balance, less her deductible of $500.00, and interest from the date of the last payment made, to the date of loss. Her balance is now $527.71. We have attempted to resolve this matter with [redacted] directly, but she stated she did not want to speak with anyone from TEBO at this time.  Please let me know if I may be of further assistance.  Thank you, [redacted]
