Review: I wanted to raise my concern regarding a price on one of their items. On the menu displayed on the top of the restaurant it says Day & Night is $3.29 plus $ 60 for large. On the menu, it does not indicate that Day & Night is automatic large which fine I can understand since I did get the larger size.

However, my receipt showed that Day & Night was $4.74 which DOES NOT add up to $3.29 plus $.60 which is $3.89. Even if the tax is included like the manager tried to explain the math DOES not add up to $4.74.

First off, their website does not indicate the change in pricing and how the Day & Night is an automatic LARGE upon To-Go orders. I wanted an explaination on how I got a tax of almost $.85 on ONE item with no additional add-ons on an item under $4.00. This is FALSE advertising. They are STEALING MONEY FROM CUSTOMERS WITHOUT THEIR KNOWLEDGE. This information should be clearly stated on the restaurant or website which it does not. I have e-mailed a complain regarding this matter on August 16, the same night that I purchased the item. I even took a screen shot on the e-mail indicating the error on their website. I have not heard a response and the manager and sales associates showed no empathy for the error and even they could not explain where the extra charge comes from. All they could tell me was that it went up. But during that time, nothing indicated anywhere on the restaurant nor website regarding this change. Like I said, I have proof of that on the e-mail I sent. Imagine how many people they are stealing money from? I get it its only $.85 but multiply that into how many people have ordered this item and that is a lot. For me, its not the money its the false advertising and attitude I received from the inexperienced employees and manager. I will not be promoting this business nor be coming back.Desired Settlement: An apology and I would like a refund. I have bought this drink many times and they have been ripping me off the whole time. I feel unappreciated as a loyal customer.

I have the reciept for the total transaction indicated on the 16. They kept the detailed one as I have it on my credit card transactions. I also have the receipt of the Day & Night being ordered not the price advertised on the site. I was charged 4.39 which still does not add up to $3.29 plus $.60 for large.

Review: My daughter signed up for "Tebo Tebo Tea" text club to get information and deals. She received a text message from Tebo Tebo Tea saying, "Tebo Tebo Tea; 50% Off for all Tebo Tebo DRINKS today only, 4PM-6PM. *Valid for 8/4/14 only. 4-6PM only. Get 50% Off on any drink." But they did not honor the discount by saying, "It's not this location." There are two locations, one is "Tebo Tebo Tea Lounge" in Westminster, CA. The one we went is "Tebo Tebo Tea Express" in Garden Grove. The text message does NOT specify the location.
