*** *** ** ***To whom it may concern:Dear Sir/Madam,This is in
response to the above mentioned complaint ID# ***.The
customer acknowledged & signed this contract with all terms &
conditions written clearly on front of the contract & back of the
contract (Work Order***- see attached specifically on Page2,
Paragraph 5, Line 10) & customer is in possession of copy of the
same contract when she signed & placed this order on 03/**/The
contract clearly stated that All C.O.Dmust absolutely be paid on
delivery before installation (see highlighted areas of the contract)
Customer clearly acknowledged these terms by signing this contractIn
addition to that, we explained these terms to the customer at the time
of receiving the additional deposit of $on 03/**/and again a
night before (on 03/**/17) the installation day which was scheduled for
installation on 03/**/17.As
a reference, we are in business since August’with no
issues/complaints with Revdex.comSince then, we are doing
the installations with collecting C.O.D.s upon delivery before
installation and none of our customer complaint about having problem
that we collect C.O.D and do a bad jobSince our work is by
recommendation only, this clearly shows our good reputation where we
stay in business for that long with same policy for each customer
without any complaint. Since,
we cut the carpet and the padding to the customer’s room size;
therefore, we cannot refund the money to the customerWe can install
the same carpet & padding that we cut if customer agrees to pay
re-traveling charge (since our installer charges us for 2nd time to go
there because of this cancellation)These charges & balance of $
must be paid before we schedule & install the carpet installation.As
per our terms & conditions which customer acknowledged & signed
(see attached) that we hold the carpet for daysAfter days an
additional storage charge will begin & after days goods will be
sold at a reduced price and Kas Carpet accepts no responsibility for
damages due to storage.Kindly advise us on the above issue.Thank you
