No and Yes on the health issue...I rented 55 chairs from Titan Entertainment. They were late arriving, that was the first issue. But, no big deal. Then I saw the chairs, (I was not there at the time of the drop off, THEY were late, and I had a previous appointment) they were in HORRIBLE condition!! FILTHY!! Gum, grass, dirt, stains,....you name it. I called the company immediately, the person who answered the phone told me he could not help me, I would have to wait for the manager to get back to me. That was the Friday before my Saturday event. I SCRUBBED with Soft Scrub with bleach and MANY scrub pads, and Magic Eraser pads for SIX Hours. The day before the event, when I had a hundred other things I should have been doing! My hands were raw, I was sick from the bleach smell....and Titan called me back SIX days later (after me calling each day in between) and let me know that they would not be refunding a nickel of the money I spent. NOT A NICKEL!!! They picked them up on time, though, I'm sure, the cleanest they had been in a very long time! RENTERS BEWARE!!! I took pictures and videos of me scrubbing their chairs, watch for them on the Internet.
