We have been speaking with our customer and discovered that they had two email addresses and the one we were responding to our ticket system was not the one that they used so there was a communication failure that resulted. Gmail in which he stated he wasn't checking it there. After we sent the customer all of our communication to them they acknowledged that we were trying to help them and they said that they would close out the Revdex.com complaint from their end. Please confirm that they did, and if they have not this is our responses that we have effectively resolved the misunderstanding / complaint to the customers satisfaction.
