I bought a [redacted] desktop from this business in November of 2013, they recommended it highly. On October 23, 2014, it went black and nothing would get it back. I brought it to Tech One and waited to hear something. I called after a few days and I was told they were still trying to find out what was wrong with it. Weeks have passed, I could not get a definitive answer from anyone. I never got a call back when I asked for one. I was told that it could be the processor and it would cost &225 to fix it. As far as I'm concerned, any repair should be covered under warranty as I had it less than a year. I share this computer with my ** year old mother, and she called the business on November 14, 2014 to complain.
